CAPP工具系统中工艺设计子系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 当今世界的竞争主要是综合国力的竞争,在新世纪全球经济一体化大潮下,制造业正面临着巨大的挑战和机遇。工艺设计是企业管理中的重要组成部分,工艺设计的质量直接影响到企业的生产发展水平,为了提高企业的市场竞争能力,必须改变传统的手工式工艺设计和管理方式。本文在研究分析了全球一体化环境下制造业的发展方向以及CAPP的研究现状与发展趋势的基础上,深入研究了面向产品的CAPP工具系统中工艺设计子系统实现的原理、方法及关键技术。本文的研究内容可概括如下:(1)综述了制造业的发展趋势、CAPP的国内外研究现状及发展趋势,以及CAPP在CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM中的作用,阐述了课题的主要研究内容和意义;(2)在阐述了面向对象技术的基础上,研究了PDM框架下CAD/CAPP信息集成,建立了面向产品的CAPP工具系统的信息模型,构建了CAPP工具系统中工艺设计子系统的功能模型及其体系结构框架;(3)研究了网络数据库和FTP技术在工艺设计子系统中的应用;阐述了数据库的设计方法和应用程序与数据库的连接方式,详细地论述了程序代码的实现细节,并介绍了FTP技术的具体应用;(4)研究了基于多模式工艺决策的CAPP工具系统的决策功能模型及其推理策略;在此基础上,论述了多模式工艺决策中检索式CAPP系统、基于实例推理的派生式CAPP系统及交互式填卡式CAPP系统的原理及实现技术;(5)在对CAPP工具系统中工艺设计子系统实现的原理、方法和关键技术研究的基础上,研制和开发了工艺设计子系统;并应用于螺杆泵产品的工艺设计中,实现了螺杆泵工艺设计。最后,对全文的研究工作和取得的成果进行了总结,并提出了进一步研究的设想。

【Abstract】 The contest of the world mainly focuses on the contest of the whole strength of the country. Under the tide of the new century global economy integration, manufacturing is facing great challenge and opportunity. Process plan is an important component of the enterprise management. The quality of process plan should directly affect the level of the production and development of enterprise. In order to enhance its competitive ability in the market, enterprise must change the traditional method of manual process plan and management. After investigated and analyzed the development trend of manufacturing,and research status and development trend of CAPP, the theory, methods and key technologies of process design sub-system of CAPP tool system for products are studied systematically. Main research contents are followed:(1) The present status and trends of the research on manufacturing and on CAPP are reviewed, and the function of CAPP in CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM, and the relevant contents and goals of the project are put forward.(2) Based on putting forward the object-oriented technique, the information integration of CAD/CAPP based on PDM is studied, the object-oriented information model is built. The relevant function model and architecture framework about process design of CAPP sub-system are built.(3) The application of web data-base and the technology of FTP in the Process Design sub-system is studied; The data-base designing method and the linking mode of applications and data-base are expatiated; The programming process of codes is expounded detailedly, and the using of FTP technology is explained.(4) The decision function model and inferential policy based on the multi-decision methods of CAPP tool system for products are studied. Then the theory and realization technology of the index CAPP system, the variant CAPP system based on instance inference and the Interactive-Filling-Card CAPP system are dissertated.(5) Based on the study of theory, methods and key technologies of process design sub-system of CAPP tool system for products, the process design sub-system for products is studied and developed; And applied to the process planning of screw pump, and finally the CAPP system of screw pump have been completed. Finally, a summary of the research work and the results is made and plans for future research is presented.
