【摘要】 世界建筑产业的发展在上世纪受到了两次冲击，一次是70年代石油危机，一次是90年代以信息技术为推动力的新经济的迅猛发展。这两次冲击给建筑产业环境带来了深远的变化，建筑市场竞争日趋激烈，建筑用资源供应紧张，全球经济波动频繁建筑风险增加等，这些因素使得建筑企业开始了对市场关系进行战略性调整，纷纷从对立式的竞争转向合作竞争，伙伴关系模式作为一种新兴的项目管理模式为建筑企业的持续发展提供了思路。伙伴关系模式以信任、合作、沟通为特征，将项目实施过程中的风险转嫁、利益对抗发展为通过建立合作实现双赢。大量的研究证明伙伴关系模式在提高生产效率，降低建造费用，提高项目满意标准和减少建造时间等方面都比通用管理模式更为优越。需要注意的是，伙伴关系模式组织是一种介于企业和市场的中间组织形态，主要依靠伙伴协议方式进行制约和协调，项目内外环境的不确定性和伙伴组织的脆弱性使得伙伴关系模式更加依赖伙伴成员间的相互信任来保障伙伴关系模式的稳定运作。论文主要剖析了构建伙伴关系模式的经济动因，系统分析了伙伴关系模式的内涵，组织特征等，提出了一个可操作性较强的工作流程。在此基础上对伙伴关系模式中成员的相互信任的基本理论作了分析，从不同角度定义了信任的涵义及特征，在运用了博弈论对伙伴关系模式中相互信任行为进行研究后，指出我国要引入伙伴管理模式需要的制度安排。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction industry has been great impacted by two events in the last century. One is the Oil Crisis in 1970s and the other one is the development of New Economics in 1990s. Both of them bring the far-reaching changes to the environment of construction industry, such as the fiercely competitions, the lack of construction resource, the increasing risks which caused by the economic fluctuations and so on. According to the changes, construction relevance enterprises try to modulate their strategies, transfer the opposite competition to the corporate competition. Project Partnering, as a new construction management method, has provided a new thought for the construction industry.Project Partnering is characterized by trust, cooperation, and coordination in its management mechanism. Partnering try to change the risks transfer, interest conflict existed in projects into win-win by use of cooperation strategy. It is suggested that Project Partnering improves productivity, lowers costs and provides the product of construction to satisfactory standards and time. In mainland of China, Project Partnering still not be introduced into practice, and little research has been done on it.Project Partnering is conceived as middle organization forms between enterprises and markets and loosely coupled and agile based on the restriction and coordination by Partnering contract. Because of the existence of environmental uncertainty, Partnering project should put emphasis on and rely on trust mechanism to ensure steady development of Partnering.This paper systematically analyzes the economic motives and the connotation of Project Partnering, creates a Project Partnering works process that can be used in practice, describes Partnering organization characteristics. On the base of it, the trust of Project Partnering is analyzed. And then the game theory is applied to research the trust mechanism in it. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions to establish Project Partnering for mainland.更多还原
