成人社会性发展与成人教育创新

【摘要】 成人发展与成人教育的关系问题是成人教育理论研究的一个重要问题。成人教育是一种特殊的环境影响，它是按照发展成人的身心这种特殊的需要而组织起来的。作为成人心理发展的一个重要方面，成人社会性发展是制约成人教育理论与实践的重要因素。同时，成人教育也应该发挥促进成人社会优化发展的基本功能。当前成人发展心理学已取得的研究成果使我们能够对成人社会性发展进行理论诠释和阶段分析。涉及成人社会性发展的主要理论有：精神分析理论、行为主义理论、人本主义理论、社会认知理论和社会文化理论。成年期三个大的发展阶段(成年早期、成年中期、成年晚期)的社会性发展都有其独特的发展特征、发展任务以及由此引发的教育需求。面对当前成人教育中忽视成人社会性发展的现状以及成人社会性发展的广泛事实，成人教育应当更新思路，积极回应成人社会性发展的召唤。基于成人社会性发展的成人教育新思路包括：确立促进成人社会性发展的教育价值取向；重视发挥成人教育的社会化功能；建构促进成人社会性发展的课程体系；塑造以体验和实践活动为中心的成人教育过程；加强基于成人社会性发展的成人教育理论与应用研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between adult development and adult education is an important problem in the studies of adult education theory. Adult education is one kind of peculiar environmental effect which combine with the peculiar needs according to the development of the adult body and mind. That as an important aspect in the development of adult mentality, adult social development is one kind of key factor to restrict adult education theory and practice. At the same time, adult education also ought to bring the function to boost the optimization of adult social development into play. The main theories which concerned the social development in the period of adulthood are as followings: Psychoanalysis Theory, Behaviourism Theory, Humanism Theory, Social Cognition Theory and Social Culture Theory. Adulthood can be separated into three big stages, that are early adulthood, middle adulthood and late adulthood, and have peculiar development characteristics, task and educational needs in the every stages. Facing the fact of ignoring the current situation of adult social development, adult education ought to renew the thinking, to response the calling of the adult social development. Owing to the adult social development that adult education should establish the educational value that promote adult social development; pay attention to bringing the adult education socialization function into play; construct the curriculum that promote adult social development; mold adult education process that in the center of experiencing and practice activity; reinforce adult education theory and application study based on adult social development.更多还原
