型钢混凝土异形框架柱正截面承载力研究

【摘要】 本文通过8根型钢混凝土异形柱在低周反复荷载作用下的试验,分析了配T形钢、槽钢、角钢各种SRC异形柱的配钢形式,提出了SRC异形柱截面配钢位置与SRC异形柱混凝土保护层厚度的关系,以及合理可行的配钢原则。揭示了型钢混凝土T形、L形、十形截面柱的工作机理、破坏形态和极限承载能力。验证了平均应变的平截面假定,初步掌握了型钢混凝土异形柱构件破坏的一般规律。试验结果证实了,在加载初期混凝土达到屈服应变前异型柱是单向偏心受压。在此基础上,应用商业软件XTRACT分析并计算了型钢混凝土异形柱的正截面承载力,得到了型钢混凝土异形柱正截面承载力的M-N、M_x-M_y、M-f相关曲线,软件计算结果与试验结果比较,吻合较好。此外,应用数值迭代的方法,编写了型钢混凝土异形柱的非线性分析的计算机程序,运用该程序进行了型钢混凝土异形柱的极限承载力计算,并将试验实测结果与程序计算结果进行比较,比较接近。利用混凝土结构原理对型钢混凝土异形柱正截面承载力进行了计算。本文利用软件对不同截面形式、配筋形式及配钢率、混凝土强度等级、荷载加载角对型钢混凝土异形柱的极限承载力的影响进行了分析,分析结果表明SRC异形柱比RC异形柱极限承载力明显提高。最后,进行了型钢混凝土异形柱的实用设计方法初探。
【Abstract】 Based on experimental study of SRC special shaped columns subjected to low cyclic loading, through bearing capacity、 the arrangement of T-shape steel, channel steel and angle shape steel used in different types of SRC special-shape columns is analyzed. The relationship between the steel position and concrete cover thickness in SRC special-shaped columns, and the principle of shape steel layout of SRC special-shaped columns are also studied. Through experiment, reveal the action behavior, failure patterns and bearing capacity of the T、 L and + shaped SRC columns, examines the hypothesis of plane cross-section of average strain and preliminary obtain the general variation regularity of failure of SRC special shaped columns. On the basis of above mention research work, got the N-M 、M_x- M_y and M - φ interaction curve by the soft of XTRACT. The computer programs of calculation of M -φ interaction curve by using numerical iterative method. With this program, we can calculate ultimate strength of different cross-sections. Also, Furthermore, according to the Technical specification for steel reinforced concrete composite structures, calculated the bearing capacity of members. The comparison between theoretical result and experimental result shows satisfactory agreement. In addition, calculation and comparison the bearing capacity of SRC special shaped between members, this member are different in cross-section、 shape steel ratio 、 material and loading angles. Finally, initial research above the practical designing method for SRC columns with special shaped cross-section are given in this paper.
