石膏基胶凝材料复合EPS保温材料的试验研究

【摘要】 EPS颗粒与建筑石膏复合制成的不定形保温材料可以克服传统的聚苯板类保温材料与罩面砂浆的亲和性差、施工复杂、综合成本高等缺点,而且可以充分利用工业废料,保护生态环境,节约能源。因此,本文对石膏基胶凝材料复合EPS保温材料进行试验研究。为克服石膏胶凝材料不耐水的缺点,利用矿渣、石灰、水泥等材料对建筑石膏进行改性,并进行耐水性试验,结果表明,经过改性的石膏具有较高的强度和软化系数。因此,石膏基胶凝材料可替代传统的水泥作为保温材料胶粉料。选用废弃的EPS颗粒作为保温骨料,对石膏基胶凝材料复合EPS保温材料进行试验研究,分析了胶粉料、耐碱玻璃纤维、纤维素醚对保温材料性能的影响。在试验研究的基础上,通过单因素分析和正交试验确定保温材料各组分的最佳配比,对优选的保温材料的强度、导热系数、表观密度,线形收缩率和软化系数进行测试。结果表明,石膏基胶凝材料复合EPS保温材料各项指标均达到胶粉聚苯乙烯颗粒外墙外保温体系(JG158—2004)标准要求。对EPS颗粒的改性机理、保温材料的抗裂、强度和保温机理进行了理论分析。

【Abstract】 Non-forming thermal insulation material composed of EPS particles and building gypsum may overcome the drawbacks of thermal insulation material of EPS board, which include poor affinity, complex construction and comprehensive high cost. The thermal insulation material composed of EPS particles and building-gypsum may fully use industrial waste, protect ecological environment and save energy. This paper presents the experiment study on thermal insulation material composed of EPS and gypsum.To overcome the shortcomings of non-water resistance of gypsum, the building gypsum is modified by using of slag, lime and cement, and water resistance experiment of gypsum is studied. It is showed that the modified gypsum has higher strength and soften coefficient, so the gypsum may replace the traditional cement as powder material of thermal insulation material.EPS particles chose as thermal insulation aggregate, study on thermal insulation materials composed of EPS and gypsum is carried out, the effect of powder material, alkali-resistance glass fiber and cellulose ether on the behavior of thermal insulation material. Based on experiment study, the optimal ratio of thermal insulation material is determined, by single factor analysis and orthogonal text, the strength, thermal conductivity, apparent density, linear shrinkage and soften coefficient of optimal thermal insulation material is measured. It is showed that each target of experimental study on thermal insulation material composed of EPS and gypsum reaches the standard of JG158-2004.Theoretical analysis of the modified mechanism of EPS particles, antic rack, strength and thermal insulation mechanism were carried out.
