【摘要】 项目的可行性研究,是对拟建项目有关的市场、社会、经济、技术等各方面情况进行深入细致的调查研究,对各种可能拟定的技术方案进行认真的技术分析和比较论证,对项目建成后的经济效益和社会效益进行科学的预测和评价。在此基础上,对拟建项目的技术先进性和适用性、经济合理性和有效性,以及建设可能性和可行性,进行全面分析、系统论证、多方案比较和综合评价,由此确定该项目是否可靠,并为开展下一步工作打下基础。简言之,可行性研究就是在项目的投资前期,对拟建项目进行的全面、系统的技术经济分析和论证,从而为项目投资决策提供可靠依据的一种科学方法和工作阶段。本文以吉林奇峰化纤公司准备建设的1500t/a碳纤维原丝项目为案例进行可行性研究。首先对碳纤维市场,特别是碳纤维原丝市场需求变化等外部环境以及公司研发的技术优势、生产条件做了详尽深入的分析和研究。然后着重从经济效益、社会效益等方面对该项目进行了可行性分析。并对其在原料能源消耗及环境、经济效益、企业社会效益及风险等方面进行定量分析,论证该项目的可行性。通过比较、分析、论证,文章最后得出了吉林奇峰化纤公司建设1500t/a碳纤维原丝项目切实可行的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the consumed quantity of carbon fiber is more than 5000t/a in china, but because the quality of carbon fiber which were produced in china don’t be satisfied with required, most of required carbon fiber depend on import.The quality of Carbon fiber depend on the quality of its original thread, original thread price is from fifty percent to sixty percent of carbon fiber’s price. In ONLIN of Japan, EAST STATE and Courtaulds of the U.K company, which use special acrylic original thread to produce carbon fiber, but they all monopolize and close off their producing technic. At conditions of being able to fetch in advanced carbon fiber product process and equipment, we need produce the quality stable, performance outstanding and equal to or more than the lever of world through our national produced original thread, in order to satisfy the required of national defence, advanced technic and civil consuming, and turn the status that most of carbon fiber need import, as that is emergency question that need solve.Whereas, Jilin Qifeng chemical fiber com., ltd depend on the situation of country and market, to plan to create the bigger scope and complete function production line, which can equal to international standard carbon fiber production line. This company make use of resource and person of ability advantage to bring along the development of carbon fiber original thread of our country, one side settle the question of bottleneck of carbon fiber industry, on the other side it can increase the economy benefit of enterprise.It is obvious that it is important to investigate if it is viable or not. We need clear that the background of project, the capacity of market, the scheme of construct, estimate of investment, the benefit of society, or the enterprise will no way make decision. The thesis analyze and work over the market especially market of carbon fiber original thread, technic advantage of produce carbon fiber original thread, and condition of produce. It is important to analyze the economy benefit, society benefit. Through comparing, analyzing, demonstrating, and give conclusion that it is able to create 1500t/a project of carbon fiber original thread in the Jilin Qifeng chemical fiber company.I know very well the produce process, equipment and technic, because I have worked here for many years; at same time I major in the project master in the Jilin college for three years and I had learned a lot of theory knowledge, at present I lead all the task of project. On the basic of the advantage, I hold detailed data and information, I exert what I learned and bring to bear integrative market economy, investment management, project management, accountancy, finance management, manpower resource management and so on, demonstrate the feasibility of project, and supply scientific and detailed the feasibility report.更多还原
