供应链分销网络物流设施规划方法研究

【摘要】 设施选址问题一直被企业和学术界所关注,我国在这方面的研究较国外一些发达国家晚一些,但是也取得了丰富的理论和实践成果,随着供应链管理理论的发展,为了提高供应链的整体效益,达到物流网络成员“双赢”的目标,越来越多的企业开始从供应链的角度规划自己的物流网络,而设施选址又是物流网络规划中的重要内容,因此设施选址方法的研究对企业物流网络的完善和发展有着重要的现实意义。论文从供应链的角度对分销网络的概念、特征、作用及分销网络进行了阐述;提出了产品需求预测的组合预测模型在实际中的应用,为设施选址提供决策依据;在归纳和分析了已有的设施选址理论基础上,构建了分销中心评价指标体系,运用分销中心三角模糊层次分析综合评价选址方法,并在方案选择中引入了风险决策系数,结合实例介绍了所用方法的应用步骤及算法,证实了模型的实用性和可行性;承接所研究的内容,继续对初选地址进行网络规划,运用混合整数规划方法深入规划分销网络中分销中心的个数、规模、吞吐量等实际运作问题。模型中考虑了货物配送的时间约束及对分销中心数量限制等约束条件,比较符合实际情况。建模后引入算例进行分析得出结果。本文研究的内容对我国企业实施供应链网络规划,提高供应链的效率有着重要的理论和现实意义。

【Abstract】 Along with the economic globalization development, our country economic potentiality enhanced, and logistics also develop rapidly, supply chain theory also gradually is accepted by the enterprises and the academic circles. Enterprise has reasonable and highly effective distribution network to be allowed to raise the customer service level, the enterprise competitive ability and the production flexibility and to increase ability thorough new market .Enterprises achieves effective balance between the cost and the service through reduce the stock and enhance working efficiency.Distribution center in the distribution network play the vital role, but the facility location directly affects the distribution network architecture of enterprise and the logistics delivers efficiency, therefore. What this article will discuss mainly is distribution center location research based on distribution network, this is vital significant to develop and consummate enterprise’s own distribution network.This article based on great many documents over the world, summary and the analysis to the facility location theory method, give the general process of facility location planning of distribution network. Combined with the actual problem ,the article has confirmed the accuracy and the feasibility of the model.The paper altogether divides into six chapters, among which chapter3 to chapter5 is the main component .The content of the six chapters goes as follows:Chapter1: Introduce the background, the research goal and the significance, the internal and external status and the structure arrangement and the technical route of this research.Chapter2:On the basis of the existed conceptions of distribution network, the article analyzed the reason which the network produced , the types,the function and the superiority of the distribution network and so on. And it gives the main content of planning of distribution network and introduces the key problem which the article wants to study. It laid the foundation for distribution network facility location model in later chapters.Chapter3: Premise of facility location is to carry on the analysis to the market demand. Firstly enterprise must grasp the primary factor influence the demand of market. Secondly enterprise ought to choose the reasonable forecast method to forecast exactly. In order to increase the accuracy, it summary and analysis the forecasting method and produce the multiple regression analysis,exponential smoothing and gray forecast method .The chapter put forward the combination forecasting method. Use practice data to execute the forecast for the demand of product, which proved the feasibility of using this forecast to increase the accuracy of products’requirement.Chapter4: This chapter summaries has analyzed the existed theory of facility location and carried out further study to the facility location model and method. The writer analyzed the principle and the influence factors of the facility location in the basis of reading many literature and produced appraisal target system of the facility location, and put forward the triangle fuzzy AHP synthetic evaluation model and introduced the risk decision-making coefficient in the triangle fuzzy arrangement .An example is presented to validate the feasibility of this method.Chapter5: The chapter put forward the cost model of distribution network facility location, which based on cost smallest principle of the transportation .It considered the cost, the demand and the fuzzy chance constraint of the deliver time, and the fuzzy chance constraint are transformed to 0-1 mix integer programming question by clear disposal. This chapter introduced distribution network model with single factory, the multi- products, distribution center, multi users, and obtained the optimal solution through the lingo software, which confirmed feasibility and the accuracy of the model.Chapter6: The summary of and forecast. The chapter summaries research results, the innovation spot and the outlook of the future research. To sum up: the innovative aspects of this thesis include the following aspects:1.Summary and analyze the theory of facility location ,give the appraisal target system of distribution center location , and put forward the triangle fuzzy synthesis appraisal model of distribution center location. And the article introduced the risk decision-making coefficient in the triangle fuzzy number arrangement, which considered risk bearing ability of the policy-maker when choosing the plans . Establish the cost model distribution center location, and introduce the fuzzy chance restraint of deliver time in the model, and transformed the restraint to mix integer programming question by clear disposal .On the whole, this article belonged to the exploring study of model and method in facility location of distribution network. And the main aim lies in to create or innovate the method of facility location. Although theory of facility location already had the rich research fruits, including qualitative and the quota method research. This article was only conducted the exploration research in the foundation, but also there are more problems related need further study.
