【副题名】单振子压电反推喷流泵的机理分析与试验研究

【摘要】 普通压电泵是利用逆压电效应原理制成的一种微小型流体输送装置,具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、耗能低、无电磁干扰,可根据施加电压或频率控制输出流量等优点。通过压电泵技术和喷水推进技术的融合,研制出一种新型的微型喷水推进泵——压电反推喷流泵,为压电泵的应用开创了展新的研究领域。本文在简要阐述压电驱动基础理论的基础之上,利用解析法、有限元分析及实验测试方法对单晶片压电振子的静、动态特性进行了较为深入的分析与研究,为今后设计高性能压电反推喷流泵提供了理论依据。结合振动动力学提出了压电反推泵的振动等效模型,并利用该模型对阀的动态特性进行了研究,探讨了各种物理参数对阀片振动的影响。并利用有限元理论对橡胶阀进行了静态分析,研究了阀片结构参数对开度的影响。这些理论对进一步研究压电反推泵的输出特性提供了有意义的指导方向。深入研究了泵体主要结构参数对泵输出性能的影响,掌握了一些有价值的规律;并提出了采用多入口多阀结构的单振子压电反推泵的研究方案,设计制作了实验样机,且与单入口压电反推泵进行了对比实验研究。测试结果表明,所研发的双入口压电反推泵具有很高的输出性能,其在200V电压260Hz条件下输出流量达到1008ml。搭建实验台对反推泵进行了推进力的测定,分析研究了频率对推进力的影响,初步验证了采用压电反推泵作为喷水推进装置是可行的。

【Abstract】 Piezoelectric Water Jet Pump, which combines PZT pump technology and waterjet propulsion technology, is a new research direction. Based on the working principle of the PZT pump actuated by the piezoelectric wafer, this thesis presents a new piezoelectric water jet pump, and does the detailed research work including dsign theory, structure design, experiment tests, application research etc.Chapter One: underwater micro-thruster’s present research condition and application prospectsBased on the comprehensive analysis of underwater micro-thruster’s present research condition and application prospects at home and abroad, and combined with lots of merits of PZT pump, such as simple structure, consuming lower energy, no electromagnetism interference, being suitable for micromation, good Controllability, presents a novel jet thruster——Piezoelectric Water Jet Pump. Research on actuator of underwater micro-robot made of piezoelectric material which has no been applied to be as jet thruster is being doen. As for the domestic research condition, related research of PZT pump started late. So it is veryimportant to follow foreign advanced technology and seek research break. Chapter Two: Analysis and experiments on the piezoelectric actuatorAfter elaborating piezoelectric effect, the basic physical properties and main performance parameters are discussed. Through plate theory and piezoelectric correlation knowledge we derived from the theory of displacement piezoelectric vibrator. And has analyzed the modal of vibrator using the finite element method, and has studied the correlation design parameter and the boundary condition to the piezoelectric vibrator modality frequency influence, as well as boundary condition to static distortion displacement influence.Has conducted the research with the experimental way to the piezoelectric vibrator, and has analyzed fluid influence to the piezoelectric bimorph bending strain , and discussed the vibration situation of the piezoelectric bimorph under the function of FSI.Chapter Three: The Characteristic Research of The Valve of Piezoelectric Retro-jet PumpThe cut-off valve is one of important work parts in the pump, its materials behavior and the structure size direct influence the output performance of the pump.This chapter first introduced the valve classification, and had determined the whole- opening valve as the closure unit of pump. Then analysis of the principle of workof the whole-opening valve, transiting character and action had been presented.The dynamic model of piezoelectric retro-jet pump has been built using the theory of viberational dynamics to analyze dynamics of valve. The result is shown that the equivalent damping of fluid and valve can influence the output of the piezoelectric retro-jet pump, and minishing the volume of pump’cavity and valve’s rigidity or augmenting the mass of valve is help to improve the capability of pump. So the academic guidance has been offered depending on the researchful result of the dynamic parameters.What’s more, Has established theaxial symmetry finite element model of valve body in the ANSYS environment, and has conducted the static analysis to the valve body, has discovered influence rule that the valve body design parameters are to the opening .Chapter Four: Theoretical Research and experimental analysis of The Piezoelectric Retro-jet Pump with Single ActuatorFirst theoretically analyzed the internal pressure distribution in the cavity of the piezoelectric retro-jet pump, and had determined the best position of valve cavity. Discussed the flow performance of various orifices, finally chose the thick wall orifice as the structure orifice of the pump. Moreover, introduced the vaporization phenomenon which influence the output performance.Giving dual attention to the volume minimum and the output energy maximization, we developed the piezoelectric retro-jet pump with single cavity and multientry, and had conducted the experimental study to its performance. In order to understand thoroughly the main design parameters which influence the pump output performance, we had conducted the more exhaustive experimental study to it, and had grasped some valuable rules.Proposed the design concept about the piezoelectric retro-jet pump with single cavity and multi-entry, and had carried on the prototypical manufacture. Had carried on the analysis to three kinds of different structure pump.Chapter Five: Theoretical analysis and experimental study of water jet advancementThe paper mainly had analyzed the propelling power, the propulsive efficiency and the carrier resistance. Introduced one kind of testing plan to determinate carrier resistance and the propelling power, and has analyzed the frequency to the propelling power the influence. The result showed that, the propelling power experimental curve is similar to the jet quantity experimental curve, and both of optimum working frequency are corresponding. Confirmed feasibility that piezoelectric retro-jet pump is to be the miniature water jet thruster through experments.
