用于压电振子的高频逆变器拓扑研究

【摘要】 功率超声技术凭其独特的优点在国民经济各部门日益广泛应用。目前超声设备由采用大功率电子管或高频可控硅发展到全控型电子器件。随着新理论、新技术、新器件的不断出现和成熟,超声技术必将充分发挥其优势,在各领域产生更大作用。本文涉及的功率超声系统主要由高频超声波电源和压电振子两部分组成。高频超声波电源为压电振子提供电能,压电振子将电能转为动能。本文主要对提出的高频超声波电源拓扑进行理论分析和设计。本文首先对压电材料的压电效应和压电方程进行了深入的研究,并对压电振子的振动模式和相关参量进行了细致的分析,然后分析了压电振子的等效电路并确立了其等效模型及匹配电路。其次,针对超声波焊接对超声波电源的具体要求,提出了电源主电路方案和功率变换器主电路基本结构。设计了整流滤波电路、功率放大电路、驱动电路等。此外,分析了主电路部分的整流滤波、功率变换等环节,给出了参数计算和选择的方法。然后提出了阶梯波高频逆变器和谐振正弦波高频逆变器作为超声波电源,并进行了理论分析、设计、仿真及实验。最后给出了相应的实验波形,验证了电路的工作原理和相应的理论分析,证明了其良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The power ultrasonic technology is in wide spread application of every department of national economy according to its advantages. With the appears and ripe constant of new theory, technology, device, ultrasonic technology will give full play to its advantage. In this paper, the ultrasonic welding system is made up of high-frequency ultrasonic power and piezoelectric oscillator mainly. The high-frequency ultrasonic power offers the electric energy for piezoelectric oscillator; the piezoelectric oscillator transfers the electric energy to the kinetic energy, and weld to welding the part. This paper is mainly about the high power ultrasonic topological analysis and design.In this paper, a deep research to piezoelectric effect and piezoelectric equation of the piezoelectric material at first, and has carried on careful analysis to vibration mode and relevant parameters of the piezoelectric oscillator, then analyzed the equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric oscillator and established its equivalent model and matching circuit. Secondly, in response of the specific requirements of the ultrasonic power to the ultrasonic welding, the main circuit and power converter circuit basic structure is proposed. A rectifier and filter circuit, power amplifier, driving circuit is designed. In addition, the main part of the rectifier and filter circuit, power conversion and other sectors circuit is analyzed and given the parameters and options.Then a stair-wave inverter and resonant sine wave inverter as a high-frequency ultrasonic power, and the theoretical analysis, design, simulation and experiment is provide. Finally, the corresponding experimental results verify the circuit theory and the theoretical analysis.
