极多产对高温、盐双重胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 本试验研究不同浓度的极多产溶液对黄瓜幼苗在高温和盐双重胁迫下生物性状的影响。以黄瓜幼苗为试验材料,在不用极多产处理和用极多产处理下分别处理,观察其植株形态性状的差异,并研究极多产处理对黄瓜幼苗在高温和盐的双重胁迫胁迫下体内的抗氧化酶SOD,可溶性蛋白含量,MDA含量等生理生化指标变化及植株的生长情况的影响,以探索极多产对黄瓜幼苗的高温、盐双重伤害的缓解作用的机理。1将三片至四片真叶的黄瓜幼苗,放入0、25、50、100mmol/L的NaCl溶液中培养,并同时放入40/30℃(昼/夜),光照时间为12小时的生化培养箱中,分别处理2小时、3小时和4小时。结果表明:高温2h、盐胁迫时,处理的酶活性与对照的酶活性在高温胁迫结束三天后才显著,而高温3h、盐和高温4h、盐胁迫时,分别是高温胁迫结束后5小时和1—3小时。因此,高温2h、盐同时胁迫时,对黄瓜幼苗的伤害最轻,黄瓜幼苗自身的抗氧化系统可以清除因逆境而产生的自由基,保持自由基的动态平衡。高温3h、盐同时胁迫时,对黄瓜幼苗的伤害开始加重,其自身的抗氧化系统开始还能保持自由基的动态平衡,但随着胁迫的不断加深,自由基的不断产生,自身的抗氧化酶系统在部分遭到破坏,黄瓜幼苗的生长受到一定程度的影响。高温4h、盐胁迫时,黄瓜幼苗的抗氧化系统受到严重的破坏,自由基的动态平衡不复存在,黄瓜幼苗的生长受到严重影响,幼苗大部分不再生长甚至死亡。2将三叶一心的黄瓜幼苗,放入0、25、50、100mmol/L的NaCl溶液中培养,同时分别置于常温温室和30℃、35℃、40℃的光照时间为12小时生化培养箱中,同时处理3小时。在高温、盐胁迫同时,再用0、50、100、150ml/L的极多产溶液分别喷施各个处理的黄瓜幼苗的叶面,并隔天喷施一次。结果表明(1)在黄瓜幼苗生长量的各项指标上,其中株高最高的组合为A2B2C3D3即绿凉一号、30℃、盐浓度50mmol/L、极多产浓度100ml/L;叶面积最大的组合为A2B3C3D2即津研四号、35℃、盐浓度50mmol/L、极多产浓度50ml/L;根冠比最大的组合为A2B1C4D2即津研四号、常温、盐浓度100mmol/L、极多产浓度50ml/L;地上部干重最重的组合为A1B3C1D3即绿凉一号、35℃、盐浓度0mmol/L、极多产浓度100ml/L。(2)在黄瓜幼苗SOD活性的指标上,SOD活性最大的组合为A2B3C3D2即津研四号、35℃、盐浓度50mmol/L、极多产浓度50ml/L。(3)在黄瓜幼苗可溶性蛋白的指标上,其含量最大的组合为A2B3C3D3即津研四号、35℃、盐浓度50mmol/L、极多产浓度100ml几。(4)在黄瓜幼苗MDA的指标上,其含量最大的组合为A2B3C4D2即津研四号、35℃、盐浓度50或100mmol/L、极多产浓度100ml/L。

【Abstract】 The paper investigated the effects of "Ji-Duo-Chan"(the acid solution of chitosan)on Characters of growth and development and changes of physiologic and biochemical characters of the cucumber seedling which under hight temperature and salt stress. In the test ,it mensurate and analyse the Characters of growth and development, Antioxidant enzyme SOD,dissoluble albumen and MDA in order to discover the possible physiological of "Ji-Duo-Chan" alleviate effects. The result are as follow:1. The cucumber seedling in three or four leaves were planted in 0, 25, 50,100mmol/L of NaCl solution.In the same time, put this treated cucumber seedling in 40/30℃with 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours.It was found that the Characters of growth and development, the activities of Antioxidant enzyme SOD, the content of dissoluble albumen and MDA of the cucumber seedling which under 2 hours of hight temperature stress became descended the three days after hight temperature stress. However, the cucumber seedling which under 3 hours and 4 hours of hight temperature stress changed 5 hours and l-3hours after hight temperature stress.2. The cucumber seedling in three leaves were planted in 0 , 25 , 50 ,100 mmol/L of NaCl solution,and were treated in normal temperature, 30℃, 35℃,40℃.In the same time,this cucumber seedling were sprayed by "Ji-Duo-Chan" of 0 , 50 , 100 and 150mg/L once a day for 10 days. The result was showed:(1) In the tallness of plant, the compages of Liu Liang 1 , 30℃, 50 mmol/L of NaCl solution,100 ml/L of "Ji-Duo-Chan" solution is batter. In the area of leaves, the compages of Jin Yan 4 , 35℃, 50 mmol/L of NaCl solution,50 ml/L of "Ji-Duo-Chan" solution is batter. In the ratio of root and plant, the compages of Jin Yan 4 , 25℃, 100 mmol/L of NaCl solution,50 ml/L of "Ji-Duo-Chan" solution is batter. In the dry weight of plant, the compages of Liu Liang 1 , 35℃, 0 mmol/L of NaCl solution, 100 ml/L of "Ji-Duo-Chan" solution is batter. (2) In the activities of Antioxidant enzyme SOD, the compages of Jin Yan 4 , 35℃, 50 mmol/L of NaCl solution,50 ml/L of "Ji-Duo-Chan" solution is batter.(3) In the content of dissoluble albumen , the compages of Jin Yan 4 , 35℃, 50 mmol/L of NaCl solution, 100 ml/L of "Ji-Duo-Chan" solution is batter. (4) In the content of MDA of the cucumber seedling, the compages of Jin Yan 4 , 35°C , 50 or 100 mmol/L of NaCl solution, 100 ml/L of "Ji-Duo-Chan" solution is batter.
