冷轧钢基复合材料工艺及力能参数的实验研究

【摘要】 冷轧钢基复合材料是生产钢基本复合材料的新的工艺技术。与以往的钢基复合材料生产工艺相比,具有生产效率高,产品质量高等诸多优点。本文在钢-铜,钢-铝双层、三层的实验基础上,对冷轧钢基复合材料的生产工艺进行了实验研究。重点讨论了表面处理、冷轧复合轧制时的轧制力能参数的分析计算。轧制力能参数,不仅是轧机机组设计的重要参数,而且它也是对冷轧复合材料的原料的准备进行计算的基本参数。本文提出了在冷轧复合时,根据变形金属的相对运动关系,由基材与复合材的中性面将变形区划分为3个区域的轧制力分析计算模型,并以此导出冷轧钢基复合材料的轧制力计算公式。其计算结果,与实验结果是基本吻合的。表面处理是冷轧复合的重要工序之一。本文较为详细的探讨了表面毛化处理,给出了对基材钢,复合材铜、铝的表面毛化后的粗糙度数据。大的相对压下量,是冷轧钢基复合材料生产的一个主要特点。减小相对压下量,降低轧制压力等,是值得深入探讨的一个重要问题。本文简要讨论了影响轧制力能参数的影响,如张力对轧制力的影响等因素。同时指出带张力及张力控制进行轧制,是生产高精度的冷轧复合材料的基本要求。

【Abstract】 The cold rolling techniques of steel matrix composites is new process engineering. Compared with the productive techniques of the steel matrix composites at past, It takes advantage of high efficiency、high quality ,etc. This text researchs on the techniques the cold rolling techniques of steel matrix composites based on the experiment of steel-steel, steel-aluminium,and aluminium-steel-aluminium,foucs on the surface treatment and rolling mechanical Parameters of cold rolling steel matrix composites. It is the important parameters of the rolling mill design and the base parameters of getting the materials ready for the steel matrix composites cold rolling. This text figure out the calculate formula of the steel matrix composites cold rolling force disparting the transformative area to three parts. The rolling force by the formula approximately tallies with the experiment result.The surface treatment is one of the important production processes. This text detailedly discusses the rough surface treatment; make the Roughness of steel, copper and aluminous after the rough surface treatment.The great relatively percent reduction is primary specialty in the produce of the steel matrix composites cold rolling. It is the important problem for worthiness discussion to reduce the relatively percent. This text briefly discusses the influence factors for the Rolling Mechanical Parameters, for example, the tension for the rolling force. It indicates the tension and the tension control are the basic requirers for the high precision steel matrix composites cold rolling produce.
