【摘要】 人们为了生存,必须消耗资源进行生产活动。自然资源并非“取之不竭、用之不尽”,人类几十年的索取已造成资源严重短缺,资源节约型社会成为人类社会发展模式的必然选择。因为人类的生产活动从开始就是以技术为基础的,所以生产与资源短缺间的矛盾应以技术为切入点寻找解决途径。本文论证了生态技术对构建资源节约型社会的作用和意义,提出为了彻底解决经济发展与资源短缺间的矛盾,应该大力发展生态技术,鼓励生态技术创新,引导生态消费,以实现社会的可持续发展。本文主要分三个部分阐述:第一章对资源节约型社会思想的产生和发展进行了梳理,指出产生的必然性。在澄清了相关的理解误区后分析了资源节约型社会的内涵和特征;并对其理论基础和意义作出讨论。第二章明确了生态技术的内涵、特征,指出生态技术分为微观、中观和宏观三个层次。并进一步论述了构建资源节约型社会离不开生态技术:一方面传统技术从生产模式到技术观都存在重大缺陷,不利于资源节约;另一方面生态技术对节约资源的作用在国内外已得到广泛的证实。接着分析了生态技术对节约资源作用的有限性。第三章提出要加强生态意识,从生态技术创新和生态消费两方面着手发展生态技术。并就如何进行制度建设、保障资源节约给出了操作建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the purpose of survival, people must consume resources to carry on the production activity. The natural resource " does not take that not exhausting, use that not endlessly ". Human being several tens annual asking already bring about grave shortage of resource, the resource- economical society becomes inevitably choice of the human society development pattern. The beginning of the human activity of production is based on technology. So we should take technology as a key to seek the solution of contradiction between production and the resources shortage. This paper proved the function and significance of ecological technology on setting up the resource-economical society. In order to quite settle contradiction between economy development and the resources shortage, this paper endeavors to bring forward that it is necessary to decelop ecological technology, encourage ecological technology innovation and lead ecological consumption. They help to realize the sustainable development of the society.The systematic demonstration mainly consist of three parts:Chapter one carries out carding thought naissance and development to resource- economical society, points out the inevitability of its being. Base on clarigying understanding mistake, analy-ses connotation and characteristic of resource-economical society, and makes the discussion to its rationale and the significance.Chapter two defines the substance and characteristic of ecological technology, points out ecological technology consisting of microcosmic, middle and macroscopic three levels. And demonstrates that the construction of resource-economical society rely on ecological technology: one hand the tradition technology all has the significant flaw from the production pattern to technical view, is disadvantageous to resource saving; on the other hand the ecological technology function on saving resources has obtained widespread verification in home and abroad. Then analyzes the finiteness of ecological technology function on resource saving.Chapter three proposes must strengthen the ecological consciousness, develop ecological technology from two aspects of ecological technology innovation and the ecological consumption.
