CDMA1X通信网高速数据传输技术在电力行业的应用研究

【摘要】 CDMA1X技术是近几年中国联通公司在其CDMA网络基础上推出的一种无线数据通信技术,是一种基于CDMA网络的移动分组业务,面向用户可提供移动分组的IP连接,它有许多优势,主要是无线数据传输速度快,空中无线接口、核心网信令协议的标准非常严格、完整,而且与INTERNET实现互连互通,便于用户在任何时间、任何地点上网,目前速率最高为153.6Kbits/s,实际应用过程中一般在100Kbits/s左右,远高于普通有线电话拨号上网的56Kbits/s,而移动通信的特性使得cdma1x更适合分散地点设备的联网,其较高的数据传输能力和广阔的网络覆盖能力完全可以取代传统的有线Modem、X.25、数传电台、短信等方式作为新的数据组网方式。本文介绍了cdma1x的无线数据通信技术特点和中国联通公司目前支持的cdma1x的vpdn技术,根据cdma1x技术特点,提出了一个如何充分利用cdma1x的技术特点和移动通信网络覆盖广、投资低的特性,解决传统有线方式如光缆、专线、电话线等难以实现的远程数据通信的技术思路。并依照此思路,设计了一个具体实现的技术方案,用来解决各行业中的一些实用性的问题,如电力系统对偏远变电站的实时监控、水利系统对河水流量的监控,环保系统对企业排污、烟气的监控等。作者对该方案的可行性进行了论证,该方案已经在淄博电力系统实现了具体的应用,主要是应用在变电站的监控和电厂的数据监控方面,作者通过该方案在电力系统的应用实例,详细介绍了该方案在电力系统的具体实现和在电力系统的实际运行效果,并就方案设计中如何保障系统的安全性,在数据传输方面如何做好数据加密和数据效验进行了介绍,最后总结了该方案的技术优势和应用,并对该方案的应用前景提出了展望。

【Abstract】 CDMA1X Technique, which is a wireless data communication technique promoted by China Unicom Company based on its CDMA network, is characterized by its mobile grouping business through CDMA network and by its capability of offering mobile grouping IP connection to its customers. The many advantages it possesses include high speed wireless data transportation, wireless connection in air, strict and integrated standards for the core network information and order agreement and compatibility to INTERNET, which enables its customers to surf on the internet at any location and any time. The current highest speed rate is 153.6Kbits/s and it is around 100Kbits/s in practical application, which is by far higher than 56Kbits/s - the common speed for going on internet by phone-dialing. The features of mobile communication, whose high data transportation capability and vat internet coverage can make it possible to replace the traditional Modem、X.25、data transportation radio and messages so as to become the key data grouping approach, can make it more applicable to the connecting of equipment in scattered locations.In this article the technical features of cdmalx wireless data communication and the vpdn technique supported by China Unicom Company are fully introduced and a technical approach based on the technical features of cdmalx concerning how to take advantage of the technical features of cdmalx and the vast coverage and low investment of mobile communication network is put forward in order to solve the previously unrealizable long-distance data communication problem through traditional methods such as cable, specialized line and phone line. In turn, a feasible technical scheme is designed in accordance with the above-mentioned approach to solve such practical problems as the online monitoring of remote power stations, the monitoring of water flow rate of rivers, the supervising of the releasing of pollutants and smoke for the environmental protection department, etc.The scheme, the feasibility of which is fully discussed, has already been put into practice in Zibo Power Department focusing on the monitoring of power station and of the data from the power plant. Through this specific application case, the author has introduced the application of this scheme in power system and its actual operation effect thoroughly, explained how to maintain the security of the system and how to encode and identify data in transportation, summed the technical advantages and application of the system and foresaw the prospects of its application.
