【摘要】 首先，论文介绍了研究对象，即胡锦涛社会建设思想。社会有广义和狭义之分；同样，社会建设也有广义与狭义之别，本论文是在狭义上使用社会建设这一概念的。分析了本课题的研究意义：其一，在理论上，我们能够把握新一届中央领导集体在坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进的基础上，对马克思主义社会建设思想继承与创新的理论勇气和品格；其二，在实践上，我们也能理解党中央直面我国社会发展的巨大挑战，努力践行以人为本的科学发展观，采取重大战略举措，扎扎实实推进社会主义和谐社会建设的深刻用意。总结了国内外学界对社会建设的研究现状，说明了研究本论文采用的主要方法及写作思路。其次，论文探讨了胡锦涛社会建设思想的产生。党的十六届四中全会指出，要把和谐社会建设摆在重要位置，大力加强社会建设与管理。随后，十六届五中、六中全会又对社会建设思想作了进一步阐述和发展。新一届领导集体提出的社会建设思想是各种因素综合作用的结果，包括社会建设的实践基础、马克思主义的理论来源、中国传统文化中的社会建设思想和国外社会建设理论等等，从而梳理了胡锦涛社会建设思想的来龙去脉。再次，论文比较详细地阐述了胡锦涛社会建设思想的主要内容，从四个方面展开：社会建设的战略地位，从社会建设与全面建设康社会、落实科学发展观、提高党的执政能力和构建社会主义和谐社会的关系来说明；社会建设的主要任务，即实现人口资源环境的可持续发展、健全社会政策体系、创新社会管理体制和服务体系、建立健全社会预警体系和利益协调机制等；社会建设的基本方略，包括以马克思主义理论和科学发展观为指导、处理好社会建设与三大文明建设的关系、牢牢抓住社会建设的“四个着力点”；社会建设的主体诉求，强调当前迫切需要提高党和政府的社会建设能力。最后，论文评价了胡锦涛的社会建设思想，强调了其重要的理论意义与实践价值。胡锦涛社会建设思想的理论意义是从这一思想拓展了现代化建设的战略布局、深化了对社会主义本质和促进人的全面发展的社会条件的认识来分析；实践价值则强调了胡锦涛社会建设思想能够促进社会主义事业协调发展、激发社会发展活力、提高党的执政能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 First, the thesis introduces its study object that’s Hu Jintao social construction though. A society has both broad and narrow meanings and so does social construction. In this thesis, the concept of social construction is used in a narrow sense. It analyzes its study meaning: on the one hand, in theory, we can catch our new leaders’ theoretical courage and character of inheritance and innovation, based on emancipating our minds, seeking truth from facts, advancing with the times, in the theory of Marxist social construction; On the other hand, in practice, we can understand our party’s Profound intentions in advancing building a harmonious society, while confronting huge challenge, doing her best to practice the people-centered concept of scientific development, adopting significant strategic action. The thesis summarizes research states of social construction at home and abroad, explains main study methods in it and writing process.Second, the thesis discusses formation of Hu Jintao social construction thought. 16 the Fourth Plenary Session Of the Party Central Committee put forward the resolution that Building of a Harmonious society should be put on the top priority and social construction and management should be strengthened. later on social construction thought was explained and developed forwardly in 16 the Fifth and sixth Plenary Session Of the Party Central Committee. As a result of combinations of factors in proposing the social construction thought by new leaders, Hu Jintao social construction thought originates from practice base of our social construction, origin of Marxism social construction theory, social construction thought of Chinese traditional cultures and foreign social construction theory and so on, thus, analyzing the origin of Hu Jintao social construction thought.Third, the thesis explains in detail principal contents of Hu Jintao social construction thought, presenting in four aspects: strategic status of social construction to be seen from the relations between social construction and building a prosperous society, implementing the scientific concept of development, improving the party’s ability to govern, constructing a socialist harmonious society; the main tasks of Social construction: realizing sustainable development of Population, resources and environment, innovating social management system and service system, establishing and perfecting sound social policy system, society forewarns the system and mechanism for the coordination of interests; basic strategy of social construction, including Marxist theory and the scientific concept of development as a guide, Handling well the relations between social construction and the three main building of the civilization, Firmly grasping the social construction of the "four focus", demand on main body of the social construction, emphasizing that ability in social construction should be improved.Finally, the thesis evaluates Hu Jintao social construction thought, emphasizing its theoretical meaning and practical value. In theory, it develops the modernization strategic layout, deepens the recognitions of the essence of socialism and the social conditions to promote the comprehensive development of humans; in practice, it stresses that Hu Jintao social construction thought can Coordinate development of the cause of socialism, stimulate Social vitality of development and improve the party’s ability to govern.更多还原
