网络型物流企业绩效评价体系研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化的发展,网络型物流企业已成为现代物流的一种重要组织形式。但是,目前在我国,网络型物流企业还处于发展阶段,企业由于缺乏科学的绩效管理,很难协调网点之间的运作以优化整个组织目标。因此,如何建立一套有效的绩效评价体系,已成为物流管理者亟待解决的问题,亦成为本文研究的主题。本文在国内外物流企业网络及其绩效评价研究成果的基础上,明确了网络型物流企业的内涵,并结合其特征及运营形式,分析了其绩效评价的特殊性,就影响绩效评价的直接理论给与了解释。在理论分析的基础上,根据网络型物流企业绩效评价的要素和程序,建立了评价框架,并构建了由网络层、运作层、结果层组成的三层次评价指标体系,其中网络层绩效评价指标突出了网络的重要性。论文最后,基于层次分析法和模糊数学的思想,建立了网络型物流企业绩效评价的模型,利用Spreadsheet,采用模拟分析的形式,验证了评价方法的可行性,同时提出几点提升绩效水平的措施,以进一步完善对网络型物流企业绩效评价的实用性分析。本文的研究旨在为物流绩效评价理论和具体的实施提供一定指导,以此推动网络型物流企业的发展。

【Abstract】 With the development of economic globalization, Networked Logistics Enterprise has become an important organization. However, In China, it is still in exploring stage, for many companies, it is difficult to coordinate every logistics node’s operation because of lack of the scientific performance management. So it become an urgent problem to solve and a main subject to study that how to establish a set of efficient performance evaluation system.Based on the relative research review of logistics enterprise network and its performance evaluation at home and abroad, this paper explicit the definition of networked logistics enterprise and analyze its performance particularity. Through explanation of the performance evaluation theory, a complete frame of networked logistics enterprise performance is set up according to some principles. Then the paper emphatically analyze the building of the three-level index system of performance evaluating, which involves the network level, the operation level, and the ending level. Especially, the article stresses the importance of the network level index. Finally, combined with the method of AHP and Fuzzy, a model of networked logistics performance evaluation is put forward. Using Spreadsheet, we adopt the way of simulation to prove the feasibility of this method, and meanwhile, some improving performance measurements are proposed. The above research results are significant for the performance evaluation theory and practice and we hope to promote the rapid development of networked logistics enterprise.
