【摘要】 产学研联盟作为一种依托产业集群而发展起来的经济现象，它加强了自主创新能力的建设，是产学研合作发展的高级层次。产学研联盟内部的企业群、高校—科研机构技术创新群等合作的关联所产生了典型的“集群效应”。在产学研联盟内形成大量的信息集聚、技术集聚、资金集聚、人才集聚、政策集聚等，使得产学研联盟能够克服产学研简单合作的规模经济与范围经济劣势；由于产学研联盟内各个群体之间相对稳定与熟悉的关系以及地理位置的邻近关系，从而大大降低了交易成本；同时，由于产学研联盟内所形成的技术、人才、文化、政策法律、融资等环境，有利于产学研联盟的创新。这些集群的内在特性为产学研联盟的可持续发展设定了可行性条件。本论文的研究目的在于探索依托产业集群形成的产学研联盟的经济效应和经验。全文共分为六章。第一章为绪论。首先介绍了论文的选题背景，其次简要概括了论文的研究内容和框架，最后分析了案例选择的主要理由。第二章为主要概念及相关研究综述。首先对“产学研合作创新单元”、“产业集群”、“高校—科研机构技术创新群”、“产学研联盟”等几组相关概念进行界定，其次总结了相关的主要理论和研究综述。第三章为国外及我国台湾产学研合作模式研究及其启示。论文选取了美国、英国、德国、日本及我国台湾产学研合作的典型模式进行深入的分析，并总结了这些模式对产学研联盟发展的几点启示。第四章为基于产业集群理论对产学研联盟的经济效应分析。首先从产业集群的外部性分析产学研联盟的规模经济效应和范围经济效应，并总结了产学研联盟外部性的具体表现。其次分析了产学研联盟中交易成本降低的成因。最后，从产业集群创新系统的角度分析了产学研联盟中影响技术创新的5大环境因素，包括技术、人才、融资、政策法律、文化等环境对产学研联盟创新的优化。第五章为以上海产学研联盟为例进行实证研究。本章共分五部分内容，一是回顾了上海产学研合作的三大阶段：二是分析了上海产学研联盟现状；三是分析了建立产学研联盟以来取得的成绩；四是探讨产学研联盟存在的问题，最后，根据分析提出产学研联盟今后发展的几点建议。第六章为基本结论及需要进一步探讨的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industrial Clusters Coalition is a kind of economic phenomenon that is relying on industrial Clusters, enhancing the capabilities of independent innovation and the coalition is the higher stage about the Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industry Cooperation. The enterprises clusters and Universities-scientific institutions technological innovation clusters are provided with industrial Clusters characteristic and industrial Clusters effect There are technology concentration, information concentration, talent person concentration, fund concentration, policy concentration and so on that could overcome disadvantage on economic of scale and economic of scope about the Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industry Cooperation. To attribute to familiar terms each other and neighborhood geographical location, the coalition has reduced the costs of transactions. The coalition is favorable to technological innovation because of the environment about technique, talented person, margin, policy law and cultural...etc. The thesis is to explore the reasons for industry universities researches coalition clusters in shanghai basing on clusters theory and experience.The thesis has 6 parts. The first part is introduction. 1st is introducing the background of choosing this topic. 2nd is briefly line the research contents and frame of thesis. Last is analyzing the main reasons of choosing thesis case.The second part is main concept and relative research dissertation.1st is differentiating and analyzing the main concepts such as "industry universities researches cooperation cell", "industry cluster", "universities scientific institutions technological innovation clusters" and "Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industrial Clusters Coalition". 2^nd is concluding the relative theories and research statement.The third part is the experience and reference of industry universities researches cooperation models in the U.S.A, the U.K., Germany, Japan and Taiwan region. Then the thesis analyses deeply cooperation models and attains revelations from the above parts.The fourth part discusses economic effectiveness of Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industrial Clusters Coalition basing on clusters theory. At first, the paper analyzes economics of scope and economics of scaleabout Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industrial Clusters Coalition and externalities. Then it analyzes the reason of slashing transaction costs. The end, it analyzes 5 factor analysis about technological innovation in Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industrial Clusters Coalition, including such as technique, talented person, margin, policy law and cultural...etc.The fifth part is taking the Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industrial Clusters Coalition in Shanghai as case research. There are 5 parts. 1^st is the developing process industry universities researches coalition of Shanghai. 2^nd is analyzing the present situation and achieving success. 3^rd is analyzing the present Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industrial Clusters Coalition. 4^th is exploring the problems about the coalition. 5^th is the advice of future development on Universities, Institutions for Scientific Research and Industrial Clusters Coalition.The sixth part is summary and figuring the problems needing further discussion.更多还原
