煮糖工序中分散控制集中管理系统的研究

【摘要】 在制糖工业中,煮糖属于最后一道生产环节,也是最为重要的环节。经过对国内糖厂的生产现状的初步了解,特别是在中小企业仍存在着许多问题,制糖设备落后,自动化程度不高,严重影响了生产效率和原糖的质量。在整个生产过程中,压榨、提汁、分离和分蜜这几个工段都基本上实现了自动化,但蒸发、煮制工段长期以来都是依靠富有经验的工人监守控制,没有实现自动化。相比之下,国外的制糖自动化技术较为成熟,而且与之配套的设备完善。对中小企业来说,引进国外这样成套设备虽然能够实现制搪过程的自动化,提高效率,但是极大的提高了制糖的成本,不能有效的利用现有的设备和发挥我国劳动力低廉的优势。因此,在原有设备上实现生产的自动化,获得一种对煮糖过程实行在线检测和动态调整是非常必要而有意义的。本课题针对现有国内情况,就煮糖工序中分散管理集中控制(DCS)系统进行研究,实现连续煮糖控制系统的设计。连续煮糖系统具有节省热量、全自动控制、缩短煮糖时间、提高糖膏的质量、晶粒均匀等特点,可减轻劳动强度、节省劳力、工作环境较好、投入低、减少维修费用等。本论文的主要研究内容是建立一套可行的煮糖DCS过程控制系统。在甘蔗煮糖机理和煮糖的基本要素和经验的基础上,通过分析煮糖过程中各要素对煮糖质量的影响并阅读了大量国内外文献资料,综合传统控制与先进的智能控制手段,运用模糊控制理论和PID理论,对甘蔗煮糖这一复杂的物理化学过程实施控制,并对煮糖DCS控制系统进行总体方案设计。重点设计了煮糖过程中最重要的参数—过饱和度的模糊控制及对它进行的优化、对煮糖DCS系统的控制方式、控制系统网络通讯等进行了研究。

In contrast, foreign sugar automation technology is more mature, and ancillary equipment is perfect. For small and medium-sized enterprise. Importing complete sets of equipment can be achieved complete Process automation and Improve production efficiency, which greatly raised the cost of manufacturing sugar, and existing facilities cannot be effective utilization , The advantages of cheap labor in China unable to function effectively at the same time . Therefore, It is necessary and very meaningful that realizing production automation in the original equipment and finding a method which can online detection and dynamic adjustment to Process of Boiling Sugar.The topic researched decentralized management of centralized control (DCS) System during the boiling sugar processes at the current domestic situation, design of continuous boiling sugar control system was realized. Continuous boiling sugar system has characteristics of save calories, automatic control, cook sugar to shorten time and improve the quality of sugar paste, grains etc. It can reduce labor intensity, save labor and the working environment is good, low-input, reduce maintenance costsThe main content of this paper is establishing a DCS workable process control system of boiling sugar. On the basis of mechanism of boiling sugar of cane and the basic elements and the experiences of boiling sugar, by analyzing the affection of the elements of the process of boiling sugar to quality of the sugar boiling, synthesize traditional control and advanced intelligent control, using PID control theory and the theory of fuzzy , Implement control to process of the complex physical and chemical boiling sugar of cane. Overall program was design for boiling sugar DCS control system. Focus of designation was fuzzy control of themost important parameters of boiling sugar — supersaturation and optimize it for a while. It is studied that DCS boiling sugar control and network communication control system, etc.
