【摘要】 目的：分析可能影响手术完整切除胸腺瘤的因素。方法：回顾分析我院2005年到2007年37例胸腺瘤病例，对可能影响手术完整切除的年龄，肿瘤大小，组织学分型，侵袭性，是否合并自身免疫学疾病统计学分析。结果：年龄，肿瘤大小，是否合并自身免疫疾病与对手术完整切除为统计学上无差别(p＞0.05)；胸腺瘤的组织学分型对胸腺瘤完整切除有统计学意义(p＜0.05)；侵袭性对胸腺瘤完整切除有统计学意义(p＜0.01)。结论：年龄，肿瘤大小及是否合并自身免疫疾病与对手术完整切除影响不大，胸腺瘤的组织学分型及侵袭性对手术完整切除影响较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ojective: Multivariate analysis about the complete resection of thymoma.Methods: Respectively analysis 37 patients with thymoma from 2005 to 2007 in our hospital, do the statistical analysis about age ,the size of tumors, histological types, invasion and complexed with self-immune diseases which may affect the complete resection of thymomaResaHs: the effection about age,size of tumors and complexed with self-immune diseases to the complete resection of thymoma has no significance in stastics(p>0.05).The effection about histological types has a significance in stastics(p<0.05); The effection about invasion has a significance in stastics(p<0.01).Conclasioa:There is no effection about age .size of tumors and complexed with self-immune diseases to the complete resection of thymoma.and much effection about histological types and invasion to the complete resection of thymoma.更多还原
