企业绿色持续创新文化建设的初步探索

【摘要】 工业经济快速发展使得企业面临越来越激烈的竞争，而激烈的竞争必然导致企业的优胜劣汰。如何保持企业在激烈竞争中的竞争优势，延长企业寿命，已经成为企业的核心问题。纵观全球工业发展历程，传统工业像一把双刃剑，在为全球带来财富的同时，也给人类的生存环境带来了巨大的威胁。传统工业靠高投入、高消耗求得增长，结果导致极度物耗和污染。随着人们环保意识的增强，企业正日益面临着来自社会大众、指令法规及各种环境标准的压力。因此，作为创造人类财富的企业，如何在最大限度地利用资源和最低限度地产生污染的前提下生产出产品，实现“社会效益”、“环境效益”和“经济效益”三赢，已成为制造业企业界和学术界最关心的问题之一。企业可持续创新与发展，即企业绿色持续创新发展战略的实施显现出重要性。企业绿色持续创新是企业持续不断地提出绿色创新项目并将其成功实施。企业绿色持续创新具有三个显著的特征：绿色性、持续性和创新性。企业是否能够获得足够的绿色持续创新动力，从而推动企业持续不断地实施绿色持续创新是企业绿色持续创新过程的关键。企业绿色持续创新文化是企业绿色持续创新动力要素的基础构成部分，对企业的绿色持续创新具有引导、凝聚、规范和长期激励的作用。建设良好的企业绿色持续创新文化是企业绿色持续创新的重要保证。本文采用系统概括和具体分析相结合、理论研究和实际案例相结合并体现“系统思考”的思想，通过对持续创新理论、企业文化理论的研究分析，提出企业绿色持续创新文化的概念，总结出其特征、构成要素、影响因素以及其对企业绿色持续创新的作用，初步形成了企业绿色持续创新文化的理论框架。在建立起企业绿色持续创新文化理论框架的基础上，进一步分析建设企业绿色持续创新文化的途径，简略提出了“企业家自上而下底灌输、营造宽松自由的工作环境以及健全完善企业制度”为主线建设企业绿色持续创新文化的路线，具体为建立学习型企业及实施人本化管理。文章在对企业绿色持续创新文化的理论框架进行研究探讨后，运用所建立的理论框架完成对云南铝业集团有限公司企业绿色持续创新文化建设实践的应用案例研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industry economy fast development causes the enterprise faced with more and more keen competition, but keen competition inevitably causes the enterprise superior win and the inferior wash out. How maintains the enterprise in the steep competition competitive advantage, lengthens the enterprise life, already became the enterprise the core question.Looks over the whole world industrial development course, the traditional industry likes a double-edged sword, while brings the wealth for the whole world, also gave humanity’s survival environment to bring the huge threat. The traditional industry depends on the high investment, the high consumption obtains the growth, finally causes the extreme material and energy consumption and the pollution. Along with the people environmental protection consciousness enhancement, the enterprise is facing day by day is coming from the social populace, the instruction laws and regulations and each kind of environment standard pressure. Therefore, the achievement creates the human wealth the enterprise, how in maximum limit uses the resources and the threshold has under the pollution premise to produce the product, the realization "the social efficiency", "the environment benefit" and "the economic efficiency" three wins, has become the manufacturing industry enterprise and one of academic circles most issue of concern. Enterprise sustainable to innovate, develop, i. e. enterprise getting green to innovate, develop implementation display the importance continuously. It is that enterprises propose green innovative project and succeed in implementing it constantly that enterprises are green to innovate continuously. The enterprise green continues to innovate has three remarkable characteristics: Green, endurance and innovation.Whether the enterprise can obtain the enough green to continue to innovate the power, thus the impetus enterprise continues unceasingly to implement the enterprise green to continue to innovate is the key of the the process of theenterprise’s green and sustainable innovation. On the basis of setting up enterprises and innovating cultural theory frame continuously green, further analyze that builds the green route of innovative culture continuously of enterprises, have proposed " the entrepreneur inculcates simply with the bottom from top to bottom ", " it is threads to build the green route of innovative culture continuously of enterprises to build the loose and free working environment and complete and perfect enterprise’s system, concrete for set up enterprise of studying etc. and implement people originally take and manage.
