古筝演奏中怯场心理的预防与克服

【摘要】 古筝，一个源于两千多年前的古老乐器，在近半个世纪民族乐器发展的历史中是发展较快的一个专业。随着古筝演奏理论与教学理论研究的深入，人们越来越感到在教学与演奏过程中进行合理的心理指导，对提高教学、演奏质量有实际指导意义。本篇论文中，笔者选择了专业院校中30位古筝专业的学生作为研究对象。通过对他(她)们进行气质量、卡特尔16种人格因素的测试，分别归类进行研究，以便针对不同类型学生的生理、心理特点进行相应的教学模式和方法，做到把心理学研究成果与古筝教学、演奏理论研究相结合，目的是推进古筝教学与演奏的发展。运用科学的教学法，最大程度地挖掘学生的学习潜力，发挥长处，弥补不足，增强他(她)们的自信心，使他(她)们能够保持一种健康的心理状态去面对舞台，面对生活，面对社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gu Zheng, the historic musical instrument that came into being two thousand more years ago, is getting a rapid progress and development in the recent half a century to the developing history of national musical instruments. The teachingtheories researching getting in-depth, people found the proper psychology instructionsin the teaching and performing procedure is more and more helpful to improve the quality of teaching and performing.In this article, the writer chose 30 students major in Gu Zheng as the studying objects. By analyzing the temperamental quantity and Carter 16PF tests, we sort them out to make the research. We changed the teaching modes and methods to cater for the different physiology and psychology character of different students. Combining the psychology researching achievements to the Gu Zheng teaching and performing theories is to promote the teaching methods development. Using the scientific teaching method and uncover the potential studying ability, make the best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, enhance their self-confidence, keep them healthy in mental to face the stage, face the life and face the society.更多还原
