桅杆斜拉悬索系统模型试验研究

【摘要】 以悬索结构、索穹顶结构为代表的张力结构体系是当前大跨度空间结构研究的热点,并得到日益广泛的工程应用。本文以实际工程为背景,对一类新型的张力结构形式——桅杆斜拉悬索系统的结构性能进行了系统研究。论文以理论分析和模型试验为技术路线,重点讨论了该类体系的合理形状、预应力态的结构特性、荷载态的受力性能以及施工成形方案等。第一章在国内外相关文献阅读的基础上,介绍了空间结构的特点和分类,阐述了张力结构分析的主要内容。详细介绍了本文的工程背景和桅杆斜拉悬索系统的结构特点,最后确定了本文的主要研究内容。第二章首先对张力结构形态分析的相关理论进行了回顾,然后对桅杆斜拉悬索体系的初始形态(预应力态)进行理论分析,包括体系的机动特性、整体可行性预应力、几何稳定性判定等。通过对其初始形状的有效调整,使得体系最终满足预应力整体可行性和几何稳定性的要求。文中探讨了桅杆斜拉悬索系统四种张拉成形方案,利用动力松弛法对每种方案的成形过程进行数值模拟,并对分析结果进行比较,提出了一种较优施工方案。为进一步深入了解桅杆斜拉悬索系统的实际工作性能,验证计算分析理论和方法的可靠性,本文进行了该类张力结构体系的模型试验研究。第三章介绍了模型试验的设计、模型加工、采用的测试仪器。结合试验目的提出了试验方案,包括索力和节点位移测量方法、预应力施加方式、多种荷载工况的加载措施等内容。第四章首先对四种结构张拉成形方案进行了试验。重点对较优张拉方案的结构模型初始预应力分布及节点坐标进行了测量,并与理论计算结果对比,二者吻合良好。此外,还对试验模型进行了三种工况下的静载试验,通过对试验结果的分析,指出了该结构体系荷载态的受力特点。最后还对实际工程提出了一些建议。第五章对本文研究内容及成果进行了总结,并指出了今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 Represented by cable structure and cable dome structure, the cable-strut tensile structure is widely applied and therefore being the research hotspot of large-span spatial structural system. Based on a real project, the performance of a new tensilestructure------the mast-cable hybrid system, is carefully studied by both theoreticalanalysis and model experiment in this thesis. It puts emphasis to discuss the rational shape, the structural property of original prestressed state, the structural behavior under load and the rational construction schemes.In chapter 1, after consulting the related literatures, the characteristic and classification of space structure are introduced firstly. Then the concrete contents in the analysis of tension structure and the engineering background of this thesis are described. Finally, the major research contents of this thesis are presented.In chapter 2, the relevant theories of shape analysis are reviewed firstly. Then the initial form of the mast-cable hybrid system is studied, including the kinematic analysis, the total feasible prestress and the structural geometrical stability. By adjusting the form of the structure, the total feasible prestress and the stable conditions can be satisfied in the end. Four shape-finding methods of the mast-cable hybrid system are discussed in this thesis also, and the better one is selected by comparing the formation process of every method which is simulated numerically in dynamic relaxation method.In order to understand the working property of the mast-cable hybrid system thoroughly and verify the reliability of theory analysis method, a model experiment is presented for tension structures of this style. In chapter 3, the design of the model experiment, model manufacture, and the methods and instruments for the modeling test are introduced. Then an experiment’s scheme is made to meet the purpose of the model test. The measure method of cable force and node coordinates, the applying fashion of the prestress force, the loading measures of several load case and so on are discussed.In chapter 4, the four shape-finding methods which are mentioned above are carried out in the modeling test. Then the model’s initial prestress distribution and node coordinates under the best one are measured and compared with the theoretical analysis. The result shows that they are identical. Besides, static tests are carried out of the structural under three different load case. The behavior of the structure under load is studied by analyze the results of statical experimen. In the end, some advices are put forward for real project.At the end of thesis, some conclusions are summarized and the problems which are needed to be studied in the further are presented.
