【摘要】 城市规划学科研究具有多学科渗透和借鉴其他学科领域理论与方法的特点。对城市规划本源探索和价值观研究伴随着城市规划理论的丰富和实践的增长，但长期以来，城市规划缺少支撑其行动策略的伦理价值核心，而价值观的选择对城市规划实施效应直接产生影响。面对国内城市环境质量的持续下降现象，不少学者从不同角度对此进行阐述，以期寻找良好的解决方法，如目前盛行的生态城市规划、“反规划”理论以及相关规划实践，但是城市环境并未因此得到根本转变。笔者认为生态规划以及“反规划”等理论是公众生态意识提高的反映，但认识仅限于自然利用性价值，并未深刻认识自然的内在性价值和自然的权力。针对以上情况，解决城市规划应对环境问题的不得力现象，在规划当中引入保护自然内在性价值和权力的伦理思想极具重要性，而生态伦理思想正好与此产生共鸣。文章通过对目前城市问题内在根源的剖析以及生态伦理主要内涵的把握，对生态伦理在规划中的引用做了可行性和重要性分析，认为生态伦理的引用将会拓宽城市规划思维、提升城市规划价值观体系，并在此基础上对规划编制工作内容中的规划思维、规划目标、方案比选等内容进行补充与修正。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on Urban Planning depends on the knowledge of multiple sciences and applies the theories and methods of other areas .The study on the essential and values of Urban Planning is going with its theories enriching and practices improving .During this process, the choice of which ethnics to be followed is very important ,But until now ,there are no main ethnics to support planning practices .In order to solve present environmental problems ,lots of scholars brought forward different approaches ,for example ,The Ecological Planning and The Anti-planning .But the city environment have no remarkable ameliorated up to now .This is just because these theories and practices have not cognized the intrinsic value and rights of the nature .So bringing Ecological Ethnics which champions the value and rights of the nature into Urban Planning is very significant , this can ameliorate our environment at a very certain extent .The paper firstly analyses the reasons of city problem at the present time and the main ideas of Ecological Ethnics ,then puts forward the significance and feasibility of its adduction in Urban Planning .The main viewpoint of this paper is: the new ethnics realization in Urban Planning can widen planning mentality and upgrade planning values ,then can make complement and amendment to current planning practices.更多还原
