【摘要】 随着后工业社会的迅速崛起，工业社会的日渐衰退，传统的工业文明受到强烈的冲击，出现了所谓的“逆工业化”(Deindustrialization)的现象。许多原本位于城市中心区的工业企业由于自身经营、地价上涨、环境保护等诸多因素的影响逐渐衰退或迁出市内，而遗留下来的旧厂房也随之丧失了原有的产业功能，面临着人们去与留的选择。事实上，很多废弃的工业建筑不仅具有一定历史价值可以挖掘研究，还具有显著的改造再利用的现实价值。因而，对旧工业建筑的适应性的再利用也给我们提供了文化、经济以及生态价值的思路。本文首先论述了“旧工业建筑”以及“适应性再利用”的基本概念，深入分析再利用的背景与根本原因，提出了可持续性发展的再利用模式，成为研究的理论基础。接下来分别对国内外该领域的实践进行分析研究，从功能置换、新旧融合、空间整合、艺术成就以及低能耗改造等方面总结出旧工业建筑适应性再利用的设计方法论。最后，针对我国的现状，提出了建立起生态意识与适应性再利用的理念与建议。迄今为止，我国的旧工业建筑的再利用还没有形成一个成熟的理论框架，因此在再利用中的实践中，多出于自发性和无意识的，缺乏系统的理论指导。本文希望通过对该领域的研究，能够对我国的旧工业建筑的适应性再利用的理论研究和具体实践提供依据和一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapidly rises along with the post-industrail society, the industrial society declines day after day. The traditional industry civilization is under the intense impact, appeared so-called " Deindustrialization " phenomenon. Many industrial enterprise which originally located in central area of the city gradually decline or transfer out because of their own management, soil-rent value rise, environmental protection and so on many factors, but the old workshop has also lost their original industrial function, and going to face the choice to stay. In fact, many abandoned industrial building not only has a certain historical value that can be tapped, also has significant real value to reuse. Thus, the adaptive reuse of the old industrial building has given us a cultural, economic and ecological value of thinking.This paper first discusses the basic concept of "old industrial building" and "adaptive reuse" , depth analysis of the background and the fundamental reason for the sustainable development of the reuse model, becomeing the theoretical basis for research. Next were right in the field of domestic and international practice analysis, and Summed up design method from functional trasformation, the old and new integration, space integration, artistic achievement and low energy consumption. Finally, in response to the current situation in China, proposes establishing the ecological consciousness and adaptive reuse concepts.So far, adaptive reuse of old industril building in China has not formed a mature theoretical framework.
