激光熔池温度场检测的数字图像处理技术研究

【摘要】 激光再制造技术近年来在国内外受到普遍关注,形成激光加工与先进制造技术的一个前沿和热点,已在国内外得到重要的工业应用。为了更好的把该项技术应用于生产,开展激光熔池温度场的实时检测,具有重要的意义。采用工业电荷耦合器件(Charge Coupled Device,简称CCD)与计算机图像处理技术相结合的非接触式测温方法,检测高温物体温度场已成为国内外研究的热点。为了对激光加工温度场检测技术作进一步的研究,本文提出激光熔池温度场检测的数字图像处理方法,研制了一套激光熔池温度场检测系统,编制了温度场检测专用软件,并开展了激光熔池温度场的检测试验,为激光制造的在线监测提供了新的手段。本文介绍了温度场检测的数字图像处理技术原理,综述了国内外发展现状,主要进行了以下几项研究工作:1.分析激光熔池特点,建立了激光熔池温度场检测的数字图像处理方法。针对熔池特点确定熔池图像的处理方案。2.以VC++为开发环境,Windows2000为应用平台,开发出激光熔池温度场检测专用软件。对激光加工熔池温度场进行实时数据采集,并对采集结果做温度场分析。3.建立激光熔池温度场的温度标定方法。采用国家标准黑体炉作为标定仪器,用CCD摄像机拍摄黑体炉内一系列温度的热辐射图像,利用开发的专用软件建立起灰度值与温度的对应关系。4.通过激光熔凝、熔敷等实验,对激光熔池温度场数字图像处理检测技术做试验分析。
【Abstract】 As a key project on laser processing and advanced manufacturing technique, laser remanufacturing technique has been widely investigated in recent years. It is very important for testing temperature field in laser processing on production line. In measuring high temperature object, CCD combined with digital image processing has been widely used. The method of digital image processing measurement of temperature field in laser molten pool has been given in the paper. The measuring temperature system and its special software based on VC++ have been developed. A lot of experiments on measuring temperature field in laser molten pool have been examined. It will be a new method for online measuring and temperature controlling in laser manufacturing.Digital image processing technology is presented to measure the temperature field of molten pool in laser manufacturing. It mainly included as follows:1. According to characteristic of laser molten pool, the method of digital image processing measurement of temperature field in laser molten pool has been presented.2. The software of measurement of temperature field in laser molten pool on real time based on Visual C++ and Windows 2000 has been developed, which consists of image gathering and data of temperature field analyzing.3. The calibration method is presented for measurement of temperature field in laser in this paper. Calibration system mainly consisted of the state standard blackbody furnace, color CCD camera, and image processing system. The experimental data has been processed by the special software.4. The temperature field in laser molten pool is measured through experiment of laser quenching, laser cladding and so on.
