135MW机组中储式制粉系统优化研究

【摘要】 在我国200MW以下小型火力发电机组中,60%以上采用了钢球磨煤机中间储仓式制粉系统,钢球磨煤机煤种适应性广、运行安全可靠、维修方便,但其金属耗量大、制粉电耗高,不宜低负荷运行,对于单进单出球磨机一般应采用中间煤粉仓的复杂结构,钢球磨煤机中间储仓式制粉系统节能降耗方面的问题显得尤为突出,特别是燃用烟煤的机组,采用这种系统在安全性和经济性方面的问题更多。为此,受华电集团某热电有限公司委托,对中储式制粉系统进行以节能降耗为目的的优化研究。本课题采用Delphi语言编制了制粉系统计算程序,用此程序对该制粉系统进行了校核计算,作为制粉系统优化调整的理论根据,从中储式制粉系统的运行特性、可控参数方面进行了全方位的研究,采用内筒中增设螺旋隔离分离元件的双级分离式细粉分离技术,提高细粉分离效率,根据制粉系统阻力计算结果对排粉机进行改造,减少制粉电耗。本课题对钢球磨煤机钢球磨损问题进行了研究,建立了筒体内钢球磨损的稳态数学模型,用以确定钢球最佳级配、计算补球参数,使磨煤机内钢球始终处于最佳装球量和装球级配。此课题进行了系统的理论分析计算、试验研究,得出制粉系统的最优运行参数,并在电厂实施了优化方案的运行实践,实践证明,制粉系统制粉单耗降低4.5kWh/t,优化运行调整取得了良好效果。
【Abstract】 More than 60% of the thermoelectric generation sets in Chinese power plants adopt the Tube Coal Mill System with Intermediate Storage Bunker. Although the ball mills can adapt to many kinds of coal and operate safely and reliably with easy maintenance, there is still many problems in existence, that is metal consumption and power consumption of pulverized coal system is high, the ball mills are not suitable for low load operation, then the complex system of the intermediate storage banker is required. With the deepening of the electric system reform in recent years, the problems existing in the Tube Coal Mill System Intermediate Storage Bunker stand out conspicuously, especially for the sets that burn bituminous coal. For this reason, Tengzhou power plant entrust studying to save energy and reduce the power consumption.In this research, Delphi language is adopted to work out calculation procedure of coal-pulverizing system, use this procedure to perform checking calculation, and act as the theoretic basis of operating adjustment. The operation characteristics and controllable parameters are completely studied to reduce the cost. The double-stage separating technique is adopted to improve separation efficiency. The pulverized coal exhauster is reformed based on the outcome of resistance calculation to save power consumption of pulverized system.The wearing problem of steel balls is studied, has set up the stable state mathematics model of steel ball wear to certain load ball system and addition ball system. Make steel balls in the coal mill operate on the best station.During the proceeding of this research, a great deal of theoretical analysis and experiment study were carried out, draw the optimum operation parameter of the pulverized coal preparation system. The renovation scheme was carried into execution on the spot in the power plant. The operation practice proved that power consumption of pulverized coal system reduces 4.5kWh/t, optimize operation adjustment acquired good results.
