【摘要】 本文写作的主要目的,即为在认真探究战略联盟及其相关衍生组织形式的理论知识和论述的基础上,结合目前国内外高技术企业发展所呈现的趋势,尝试建立符合合作创新联盟一种能力型战略联盟,组织特点的伙伴关系管理机制。论文在对这一自组织机制进行分析和论述的过程中,以联盟绩效的评价,作为整体结构建立及调整的动力机制;并据此将伙伴选择、伙伴关系管理等重要环节有机地统一起来,形成了一个可以进行阶段性调整的循环系统。需要注意的是:这一系统在建立的过程中,不仅要适应合作创新联盟自身因发展所产生的创新性要求不断增强的特点;还应在保持组织内部相对稳定性的同时,平衡组织在因外界因素的结构性变化和突发性变化而引起的管理盲点区内的灵活性和适应性要求。联盟整体应具有积极适应环境特点的能动性,最大化不确定性因素的影响的效用,善于因势利导,促进能力型联盟的和谐发展。最后,本文针对我国合作创新联盟发展的特点及其非均衡化的发展趋势,对影响这一进程的因素进行了简单的分析,之后,据此提出了阶段化的策略建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main theme of this paper is attempted to establish the cooperation innovation alliance, with characteristic in partnership management of the organization mechanism, which on the basis of the known theory knowledge and the research foundation. With the process of this mechanism analysis and elaboration, we take alliance performance appraisal as power mechanism, unifying partner choice and partnership management organically. The mechanism should not only be acceptable to the development of the organization itself, but also keep its own relative stability. Working with flexibility of the management scoria area, changing as the outer factors and constitutive development, the organization should adapt to the alliance circumstances positively, making full use of the definite factors’influences. In view of the innovation alliance development characteristic and our country’s relatively clarified development tendency, the paper makes simple analysis to the relative factors, and then supplies some proposals accordingly.更多还原
