【副题名】以库车工业园区景观规划设计为例

【摘要】 自18世纪中叶的技术革命以来，工业得到了迅猛长足的发展，工业区的发展也经历了不同的发展阶段，从最初的工业区形成——简单的聚集阶段。随着技术的进步，第二次技术革命带来的产业的升级，工业门类增加，形成了以能源和原材料加工、机械为主导的工业结构，工业区的发展进入了粗放式的发展阶段。伴随着传统工业区的衰落，二次世界大战以后，工业区的发展进入集约高效阶段——工业园区成为工业用地的主要形式。相对于以往的工业区，工业园区更加注重工业企业的生存环境，强调可持续发展理念，公共设施的配置更加人性化，重视生态环境等。西方发达国家在工业园区建设方面主要是建设高科技园区和工业生态园区，而我国从20世纪80年代起建设的工业区，大都参照国外工业园区开发的经验建设的，但是工业园区的景观环境建设并没有得到应有的重视，目前我国有很多工业园区的景观环境不容乐观。 在上述的研究背景下，本论文的目的是，探寻工业园区景观设计的方法，在当前工业园区大量建设的时期，从景观规划设计的角度，采取有效的景观规划设计手段对整个工业园区整体的景观环境进行合理的规划，结合景观生态学原理，游憩学原理，以可持续发展的眼光，力图实现工业园区产业发展和景观环境发展的平衡，实现工业园区的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的共赢。 本研究从分析工业园区的背景着手，对工业园区的定义、特点进行阐述，然后对国内外工业园区景观规划设计的相关理论的发展以及研究成果进行总结，进一步，对国内外的工业园区的景观规划设计案例进行调查研究，在此基础上归纳总结出工业园区景观规划设计的方法和原则，并且对所提出的规划设计方法结合实际工程项目进行实践的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the technological revolution in middle 18th century, the industry has made great headways, and the development of industrial parks has also experienced different stages, from the initial formation—simple gathering period. With the progress of technology, the second technological revolution brought industrial upgrade and the classes of industry also increased, forming an industrial structure dominated by energy, raw-material processing and machinery. The development of industrial parks has entered into a period of extensive stage. With the decline of traditional industrial parks and after World War II, the development of industrial parks has entered into a period of intensive and high-efficient stage—industrial parks become the major form of industrial land. Compared with the industrial park in the past, the current industrial parks attach more importance to the living environment of factories and enterprises, emphasizing the concept of sustainable development. Meanwhile the public facilities are more human-oriented, stressing ecological environment. While constructing industrial parks, western developed countries will mainly consider high-tech parks and industrial ecological parks. However, it is not until 1980s’ that China began to construct industrial parks, most of which are built according to foreign experience. The landscape environment doesn’t get enough attention in China and currently, the landscape environment in many industrial parks is not satisfied.Under such background, this thesis aims to search for the methods of landscape design for industrial parks. In the current massive construction of industrial parks, from the perspective of landscape planning and design, we will adopt effective landscape designing means to plan the general landscape of the industrial park in a proper way, combining the theory of landscape ecology and recreation with the concept of sustainable development in order to achieve the balance between the development of industrial parks with the development of landscape environment as well as to achieve the win-win situation among economic, environmental and social benefits.This research begins with the background of industrial park, elaborating thedefinition and features of industrial parks. Then it will summarize the development and research outcomes of relevant theories of landscape planning and designing for industrial parks both home and abroad, further analyzing the cases in landscape planning for domestic and foreign industrial parks. The method and principle of landscape planning and design will be summarized on such basis. We will conduct practical research according to both planning and design method and exact projects.更多还原
