电力系统微机保护原理及其应用

【摘要】 继电保护装置是保证电力系统稳定运行的重要装置之一,近几年来,随着变电站综合自动化技术的发展及其在全国变电站的推广,研究和开发集保护、测量、控制和通讯于一体的微机测控保护装置已成为各国电力部门的普遍要求。本文首先对研究开发35KV线路微机测控保护装置的理论部分做了介绍,对低压线路保护的保护配置进行了分析,介绍了本装置所采用保护的保护机理,以及所采用的保护算法。随后,本文分模块比较详细的介绍了装置的软件部分,包括对主程序的功能介绍,以及数据的处理和运算判断。本装置的一个重要特点就是能够实现通讯,本文在简单介绍了目前使用比较广泛的继电保护通讯规约103的基础上,详细介绍了103规约在本装置上的实现。实现了监控装置的通信,并在通信过程中,加入数据库,能够及时记录故障时间和故障类型,不被掉电所影响。

【Abstract】 Relay protection device is one of the important devices that guarantee the stable circulation of power system. In recent years, with the development of transformer substation’s integrated automatization, and its popularization, it is demanded in the power department of all countries that the protection device controlled by the computer that has the function of protection, measure, control and communication should be researched and developed.At first the thesis introduces briefly the theory of 35KV circuitry protection device, analyzes the low- voltage circuitry protection device and expounds the protection principium and adopted relay protection algorithm. Then, the thesis expatiates the software in modules. To be specific, the thesis expatiates the main program, data processing and reckon judgment.Communication is one of the important features. After introducing briefly the popularly-used in relay protection device of 103 communications agreement, the thesis explains how 103 communications agreement works in the device. The device can communicate with surveillant devices and during the communication process, write down the time and type of malfunction so that the loss of electricity can not affect it.
