中、下面层沥青混合料抗车辙性能的研究

【摘要】 随着公路交通量的增加、汽车轴载的加大及渠化交通的形成,我国公路沥青路面的车辙问题也越来越突出。在以住的车辙研究中往往侧重于上面层沥青混合料的抗车辙性能,但是力学分析结果表明面层以下5-10cm的区域(中面层)受剪应力作用最大;研究和车辙病害调查也表明中面层的车辙变形占路面总车辙变形的比率最大,因此它的抗车辙性能对整个路面的抗车辙性能有着至关重要的作用,有必要针对中面层沥青混合料的抗车辙性能作深入的研究。本文对江苏省公路建设常用的AC-20I、AC-20I改进型、Sup20三种中面层以及AC-25I改进型、Sup25两种下面层沥青混合料进行改进车辙试验、汉堡车辙试验,研究级配类型、空隙率、沥青用量、沥青种类对混合料抗车辙性能、抗水损害能力的影响,并分析了我国现有沥青混合料高温稳定性指标的缺陷,提出了减少沥青路面车辙的方法。研究表明,SBS改性沥青混合料的抗车辙性能最优,AH-30混合料性能比AH-70略好;对于改性沥青混合料,采用略高最佳沥青用量并不危及混合料的高温稳定性,并且有助于抗浸水车辙能力的提高;Sup20与AC-20I改进型的抗车辙性能均优于AC-20I;沥青性质对混合料浸水条件下的抗车辙性能有着决定性作用,空隙率过大将导致混合料浸水抗车辙性能的急剧降低;我国现有抗车辙性能指标有其不足,建议引入10000次荷载作用后的相对变形率加以补充,并明确对中面层沥青混合料抗车辙性能的要求。

【Abstract】 With the growing of transportation, increasing of heavy and channel traffics, the asphalt pavement rutting has become a remarkable problem.Anciently the rutting research focused on the mixture of the upper course asphalt, but according to the results of mechanical analysis, the max. Shear pressure is found under 5~10cm of pavement surface (the middle course). The research and investigation on asphalt rutting problem also showed that the most part of deformation in asphalt pavement occurred in the middle course. The middle course plays very important pole on the performance of anti-rutting of the whole pavement, it is necessary to study the performance of mixture of the middle course.Through a set of modified rutting test and Hamburg rutting test on the three type of mixtures used in the middle course and two type of mixtures used in lower course, which individually is AC-20I、modified AC-20I、Sup20、AC-25I、Sup25, not only the effect of the type of grade ,air void percent, bitumen content and properties of bitumen on the rutting resistances of the mixture in air and water bath are studied, but also the shortage of index of anti-rutting applied in China are analyzed. Some suggestions are presented to reduce the rutting of asphalt pavement.As the performance of anti-rutting is concerned, SBS modified bitumen mixture is much more excellent than AH-30 and AH-70 bitumen mixture and the AH-30 mixture is better than AH-70 mixture. If the modifies bitumen is applied, a little more binder content(<0.5%) does not endanger the performance of anti-rutting ,on the contrary, it can improve the rutting resistance in water. Both Sup20 and modified AC-20I mixture show better performance of anti-rutting than AC-20I. It is also showed that properties of bitumen play the most important pole in the rutting resistance in water and too more air void percent will severely weaken the rutting resistance in water. The index of performance of anti-rutting of the mixture has some shortages, it is advised to apply relative deformation and decide the level of requirement of the rutting resistance of the middles course.
