聚酯玻纤布在高速公路罩面工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着高速公路建设的快速发展,半刚性沥青路面得到了广泛研究和应用。早期修建的高速公路由于车辆荷载、气候环境等因素综合作用下,路面使用性能逐年下降,同时,新修建的半刚性沥青路面也出现了不同程度的早期破坏,其中裂缝是平整度差和路面过早破坏的主要根源之一。为恢复路面的使用性能、提高道路通行能力、延长高等级公路罩面的使用寿命,国内外不同部门进行了大量延缓开缝的设计和技术研究,但防裂效果并不令人满意。如何有效减少裂缝和防止裂缝反射是高速公路建设和管理养护部门面临的难题。为此,开发和研究有效的裂缝防治材料具有重要的工程应用价值。聚酯玻纤布是玻璃纤维和聚酯纤维的混合物,具有良好的抗拉强度、延伸率低、高温稳定性好、与沥青及沥青混合料的相容性好,施工方便,易回收,同时聚酯玻纤布与沥青复合夹层有良好的防水性能和分散应力集中,聚酯玻纤布具有玻璃纤维的强度及聚酯纤维的韧性。首先通过一系列室内试验分析了聚酯玻纤布的工程特性;同时研究了聚酯玻纤布复合沥青混合料的粘结性能、抗永久变形性能、低温抗裂性能、加筋强度性能、渗透性能;分别利用MTS和UTM试验系统对聚酯玻纤布复合沥青混合料试件进行应力控制和应变控制的疲劳试验,并引入了能量指标对混合料的疲劳性能进行了对比分析;然后,通过冲击韧性试验、荷载型反射裂缝室内模拟试验研究分析了聚酯玻纤布防治反射裂缝的效果。最后铺筑了试验路,通过试验路的施工与观测,总结了适合聚酯玻纤布的施工工艺和注意事项,并进行了经济性分析。本文研究结果表明:针对我国大量高速公路早期破坏和罩面裂缝病害的现况,聚酯玻纤布满足延迟裂缝的发生、缓解裂缝的发展、能有效防止路表面水下渗以及提高路面的使用性能,经济效益良好。因此,聚酯玻纤布这种新型土工合成材料在我国高速公路建设和养护工程中有着广泛的应用前景。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of expressway, semi-rigid asphalt pavement were widely used and researched in China. The pavement performance of the expressway constructed during early age is decreasing with age due to traffic load and climate environment and so on. Crack is one of main roots of bad roughness or premature distresses. In order to rehabilitate pavement performance, to improve the capacity of traffic and prolong the highway overlay’s life, a lot of designs and technology studies of postponeing cracking were processed. However, the effects of anti-crack are not successfully satisfactory. How to reduce crack and prevent crack reflecting to expressway asphalt concrete surface is an important maintain problem for pavement construction deparment and management department. Therefore, it is always an important project application value to develop and research a new material which can prevent crack effectively.Fiberglass-Polyester paving mat is a hybrid of fiber glass and polyester and has the best qualities of both materials working together to protect the pavement. This unique formulation gives it the strength of fiber glass with the flexibility of polyester. Compared with other geofabrics, Fiberglass -Polyester paving mat has the following advantages: it is easy to install, non-shrink and non-stretch, good high temperature stability can be milled and reused in asphalt mixtures. At the same time, the layer composed by the paving mat and adhesive asphalt can prevent the infiltration of surface water into the pavement structure and disperse stress.Project characteristics of Fiberglass-Polyester paving mat are analyzed through a series of lab test. A great deal of tests such as cohesion performance, anti-permanence property, low-temperature anti-crack performance and permeability property were carried out. In this paper, several commonly used dense-graded asphalt mixtures were tested in beam fatigue using a UTM system(Strain controlled test) and MTS system(Stress controlled test). The fatigue property of asphalt mixture is evaluated using energy index; and then the effect of Fiberglass-Polyester paving mat in mitigating reflective crack is studied and analysised by impactive tenacity/toughness test and lab reflective crack simulation test.Finally, some applications and field tests were performed in order to evaluate the performance of Fiberglass-Polyester paving mat, and some construction technics and notice proceedings were summarized through test road.The results of this paper indicate that Fiberglass-Polyester paving mat, which is an excellent maintenance method, can retard crack occurring and developing, prevent water infiltration into pavement structure and improve pavement strength effectively etc. In the meantime, economic benefit of the paving mat is good. Therefore, it will be widely used in domestic expressway pavement maintenance and construction and should be popularized to resolve the question of deterioration in expressway and expressway overlays.
