【摘要】 随着城市化进程的快速推进,引来了大规模的城乡开发建设,在市场经济体制下资本效益决定的今天,传统社区作为传统文化主要载体以历史遗珠的形式存在于广大的城乡地区。面临着生存环境恶化,生存空间一再受到打压和挤兑。由于国内对于传统社区的研究缺乏再加上传统社区发展策略与发展现实之间的差距,导致其面临着现代转型两难的局面;此外由于目前在传统历史文化遗产保护领域通常是借用西方的理论和方法来对中国的传统社区进行操作,以至于造成目前传统社区更新不仅面临着策略上的不足,而且还面临方法上的缺失。本文正是在此背景下对传统社区的现代转型做出的探讨,通过对社区研究的理论溯源,在对引出传统社区概念并在此基础上建构了传统社区现代转型的理论和方法框架,通过对布莱克社区以及泉州社区参与实践的回顾,实现理论到实践中验证,从而进一步完善了传统社区转型的结构框架,达到实践案例的理论性和经验性总结,从而实现对传统社区现代转型的理论和实践方法的指导,对我国转型时期传统社区的转型理论框架和操作手法构建做到初步研究的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s the rapid advance of the urbanization process that have attracted the extensive level in urban and rural to develop and construct under market economic system.. The traditional community exists in the vast urban and rural areas in form of the pearl and faces the living environment to worsen and the living space to extruded one again. for lack of further research on the traditional community, and the traditional community development disparity of tactics and reality. Seeing that usually using western theory and method come traditional community in operate in the field of the traditional historical and cultural legacy at present, so cause traditional community transition to face the deficiency of tactics and method. This text it makes to take the shallow discussion to modern transition of the traditional community under this background, the author sees through tracing to the source to the theory that the community studies, and have drew the traditional community’s concept and constructed the frame of theory and method on traditional community in transition, then accomplishes further purpose to study through two case studies of Quanzhou Huoju, Black Road.The thesis has about 90000 characters and 53 illustrations更多还原
