两种不同材料公路路堤生命周期评价与比较

【摘要】 应用生命周期评价(LCA)方法,研究包括从原材料生产到路堤修筑完成的整个过程中,普通路堤和聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)路堤两种路堤的环境影响。从资源消耗、温室效应、光化学氧化、环境酸化、富营养化、人体毒害六个方面,分建材制造、材料运输、路堤修筑、能源生产四个生命周期阶段,对两种路堤进行了生命周期评价与比较。采用资源耗竭潜力的方法计算出土地资源消耗和石油资源消耗的当量系数。生命周期评价结果表明:普通路堤和EPS路堤的综合环境影响分别为7.53×10-8年和5.62×10-8年,EPS路堤较普通路堤更为环境友好。此外,提出使普通路堤与EPS路堤的环境影响达到相同的途径,并计算出土地资源耗竭潜力的临界值。

【Abstract】 Expanded polystyene (EPS) foam embankment and normal material embankment are compared by life cycle assessment, from resources depletion, global warming, photochemical ozone creation, acid, nutrient enrichment, resource depletion, which are six main influences of embankement construction, and material prodution, material transportation, embankment construction and enengy prodution, which are four stages of the embakment construction life cycle.The equivalent factors of the land resource and the oil resource are calculated by resource depletion potential (RDP).The results of LCA shows that, the environmental impact indexes of normal material embankment and EPS embankment are 7.53×10-8a and 5.62×10-8a respectively, comparing to normal material embankment, EPS embankment is more friendly to environment.And, the method, to make the total emvironmental impacet of the two embankments equalize, is found out, and the threshold of land depletion potential is calculated.
