协同制造的过程质量保证技术研究

【摘要】 本文从制造过程实际出发,在过程质量特性上,定义和求解了适用性更强的设备能力,工序质量水平比率和工序质量重要度三大过程质量特性及其相关过程质量要素,对过程质量要素的关联性予以分析,对质量特性做了响应面法分析;并对误差这一造成和表征质量变异的主要因素从制造误差和测量误差分离的角度给以分析求解并提出控制方法。在过程质量优化上,在对过程质量特性利用遗传算法进行优化基础上,对质量冲突的解决应用TRIZ原理和5M1E的质量规划σ分解原理。在过程质量的经济特性上,对过程质量从质量成本,质量稳定性和k σ质量水平三方面进行质量评价,建立过程质量的质量功能配置和基于BP算法的神经网络质量预测模型。最后针对上述的过程质量的三个方面,提出了协同制造的过程质量保证技术模型,即闭环质量控制模型,质量保证工作流过程模型,质量保证工作流状态模型和基于网络的协同质量保证工作流控制模型。

【Abstract】 Based on shop manufacturing technics, capacity of equipment, process tolerance and process status which are primary quality characters together with relative manufacturing quality elements were difined and evaluated in this dissertation.Correlations of quality elements and quality characters were deciphered and analyzed. By arithmetical aparting of manufacturing tolerance and measuring tolerance, process quality variation was analzed and its effects controlling method was offered. Genetic Algorithm(GA) method and Respondance Surface method(RS) were introduced for optimizing of quality characters. TRIZ method was also introduced for solving of process quality confliction and σ decompounding according to 5M1E was for quality programming.Process quality was evaluated benching quality cost,quality stability and k σ statistical quality control:Quality Function Deployment method was used for the layout of process quality and process quality forecasting model based on nerve-net structure using Back Promulgation(BP) arithmetic was discussed.For cooperative manufacturing,closed loop quality control model,quality insurance workflow process model.quality insurance workflow structure mode! and web-based cooperative quality control workflow model were offered in this dissertation.
