无线MIMO系统的信道容量和可靠性能研究

【摘要】 多输入多输出(MIMO)技术是在通信系统的收发两端放置多根天线的一种通信技术,是近年来无线通信领域理论研究的一个重大突破。该技术能在不增加系统带宽和发射功率的前提下大大增加系统容量、提高系统频带利用率、改善系统的性能,成为新一代高数据率、多数据类型无线通信系统的关键技术。MIMO技术通常可以分为空间复用(利用MIMO提高系统频谱效率的优点)和空间分集(利用MIMO改善系统可靠性能优势)两种方式。分层空时编码是基于MIMO的空间复用技术,空时分组码和空时网格码是基于发射分集的技术,分集接收是基于接收分集的技术。 本文对无线移动通信系统中的信息传输技术进行了研究,主要集中在多天线技术的一些系统理论性能分析。论文共有七章,主要工作如下:第三章研究了具有相关性的MIMO系统的信道容量(包括遍历容量和中断容量),提出了在不同相关条件下对信道容量进行比较的研究思路,分析了莱斯衰落信道的信道容量,还讨论了具有不同发射信道信息的系统容量;第四章分析了相关MIMO系统最大比合并的系统中断概率和两发多收(或两收多发)系统在不同调制方式下的系统平均错误概率;第五章研究了具有同信道干扰的单发多收系统的传输可靠性能,着重研究了具有不等功率同信道干扰的情况下最大比合并技术的性能,分析了多种不同衰落类型的期望信号和干扰信号的系统;第六章讨论了具有相关性的信道中正交空时分组码的系统容量和性能,并且给出了非常精确的遍历容量和中断容量的近似分析;为了验证文中理论分析的正确性,本文每个部分都通过设计适当的Monte-Carlo仿真实验,将实际仿真和理论数值计算结果进行了比较分析。
【Abstract】 Multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) is a communication technology that multiple antennas are set at transmitters and/or receivers. It is an important breakthrough in the area of wireless communication. The system capacity and frequency spectrum efficiency of communication systems can be improved by this technology without extra frequency bandwidth and with no additional power expenditure. MIMO is becoming a key technology of the new generation high data rate wireless mobile communication systems. MIMO generally has two kinds, spatial multiplexing (SM) and spatial diversity, layered space-time codes (LSTC) are a spatial-multiplexing technology, space-time-block-codes (SBTC) and space-time-trellis-codes (STTC) are the transmitted diversity technologies, and diversity combining is the received diversity technology.This paper investigates the technologies of wireless mobile communication systems, it mainly studies the theoretical performances of MIMO technologies. There are altogether seven chapters in the paper. Its main works are as follows: The ergodic capacity and outage capacity of correlated MIMO faded channel are given in Chapter 3, it gives an idea of comparing the channel capacity over some extremely correlated MIMO Rayleigh fading channels, and this chapter also discusses the channel capacity of correlated Rician MIMO fading channel and waterfilling algorithm. The outage probability of correlated MIMO Rayleigh fading channel is presented in Chapter 4, and it also gives the bit error rate and symbol error rate of different modulated schemes over two-input-multiple-output (or multiple-input-two-output) systems. Chapter 5 analyzes the performance of single-input-multiple-output systems with multiple co-channel interferers (CCI), it mainly studies the performance of unequal power CCI cases with different fading channels. The channel capacity and system performance of orthogonal space-time block codes (OSTBC) are given in Chapter 6, it also presents an useful approximation method to analyze the system ergodic capacity and the capacity
