【摘要】 随着我国社会主义现代化建设进程的不断加快，能源、化工等行业新建及扩建大型工程建设项目的数量和规模都在不断增长。这些大型工程建设项目的共同特点是所需的设备形状复杂，尺寸庞大，单件重量从几十吨到几百吨不等，均需从生产地或港口码头通过运输按限定的时间运至安装现场，对运输技术和运输质量要求很高。 本文以某大型石化建设项目的重达700余吨的大件货物加氢反应器运输为研究对象。该大件货物运输涉及到我国大型项目建设中大件货物运输需要解决的很多问题。论文首先对大件货物运输可能采用的方式进行了比较分析，作为本文研究的理论基础。然后对大件货物加氢反应器运输需求进行了分析，阐述了加氢反应器运输方案设计的原则，并设计加氢反应器运输方案总体。其次，设计了详尽可靠的公路运输、海上运输和滚装滚卸方案。本文最后介绍加氢反应器运输项目的组织结构与保障措施。 本文所讨论、分析、总结的大件货物运输方案的设计和实施方法等，皆紧密结合大件货物运输实际，具有良好的可操作性。该研究可以为我国大型工程建设项目中面临的大件货物运输方案的设计和实施提供完善的借鉴方案和宝贵经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the the process of our country’s modernization is developing more and more quickly, the number and size of good-sized items new established and extended by energy sources, chemical and other industries are ceaselessly increasing. These good-sized engineering items have common characteristics, equipments needed have complicated shape and their size are enormous, singleton’s weight various from tens to hundreds tos, all of these should be transitted from production base or wharf to fixed place in limitative time, and need high request in carrying technology and quality.This paper takes hydrogenation reactor transport of awkward cargo sheft to 700 ton of a good-sized petrochemical item as the disquisitive object. This transport of awkward cargo comes dowm to many problems that needs to be accounted for in the transport of awkward cargo of our country’s good-sized item. The thesis compares and analyses possible means adopted by the transport of awkward cargo first, and then analyses the demand of hydrogenation reactor transport of awkward cargo, expatiates the fundamental in the scheme design of transport of hydrogenation reactor transport and also designs the scheme collectivity of hydrogenation reactor transport. In the next place, this paper designs elaborate and credible scheme of road transport, marine transport , roll on and roll off. At last, this paper introduces the organization framework and ensure step of hydrogenation reactor transport item.All of the awkward cargo ’s transport scheme design and implementary mean this paper discusses, analyses and summarizes combine the fact of awkward cargo transport closely, have favorable maneuverability. This research can offer consummate scheme and precious experience for the design and implement of awkward cargo’s transport scheme that the good-sized engineering item in our country is facing.更多还原
