基于等效热降法的火电厂经济性分析仿真软件的开发

【摘要】 经济性分析方法通过对火电厂实际运行煤耗与理想运行煤耗量的偏差进行分析,定量计算出各因素对煤耗的影响,为经济运行、经济性诊断以及故障诊断等提供可靠的理论依据。常规的经济性分析软件采用离线建模,经编译后在线运行的方法,普遍存在修改困难、灵活性差的问题。本文以等效热降法为基础;采用Microsoft Office Visio软件建立了热力系统主要设备的经济性能计算模型和图形组态环境;用Visual Basic编程工具基于面向对象的编程思想编制了电厂经济性分析仿真计算软件,较好地实现了经济性分析系统的可视化及可组态化,提高了经济性分析软件的通用性。

【Abstract】 Through analyzing the deviation between practical coal consumption and ideal coal consumption in thermal power plant, economic analysis method calculates the influence on coal consumption of kinds of factors quantitatively, providing theoretic basis for economical running, economic diagnosis and fault diagnosis. Conventional economic analysis software adopts the method of modeling off-line, then operating on-line after compiling, and there are some disadvantages such as difficult amending and poor flexibility. Based on the equivalent heat drop method, this paper takes Microsoft Office Visio to establish the economical performance computation model and graph configuration environment for main equipments of thermodynamic system; based on the object-oriented programming thought, the economic analysis simulation software has been developed by using Visual Basic programming tool, which preferably realizes the visualization and configuration of the economic analysis system, also improves the universality of the economic analysis software.
