大型直接空冷凝汽器建模仿真研究

【摘要】 在深入了解直接空冷凝汽器系统内部结构、系统构成及凝结换热计算原理的基础上,充分考虑凝汽器结构参数和工质物性参数对传热过程的影响,运用工程模块化建模方法,建立了直接空冷凝汽器各冷却单元凝结换热及空冷凝汽器整体压力计算的动态仿真模型。基于STAR-90仿真支撑平台,开发了相应的模型算法。以某200MW直接空冷机组凝汽器系统为对象建立了该系统的整体仿真模型,对模型在不同负荷下的静态精度以及各种扰动下的动态特性进行验证,表明本文模型能满足工程应用要求,可用于仿真培训、空冷凝汽器变工况特性分析等,具有较好的工程实用性。
【Abstract】 The dynamic simulation model of the direct air-cooling condenser, including each cooling unit’s condensation heat transfer model and the condenser pressure calculation model, was established by deeply understanding the inner structure, the system composition and heat transfer calculation principle. The influence of the structure and the work mass’s physics parameters was condensidered. Algorithms were developed with module modeling method based on STAR-90 simulation support system. The simulation model for the condenser system of a 200MW direct air-cooling unit was created. The model’s static simulation precision under different load and its dynamic response on different disturbance were tested, which indicated the model can meet engineering requirements. The model can be used for simulation trainning and variable working condition analysis with better practicability.
