基于预数值计算的电站煤粉锅炉燃烧优化专家系统研究

【摘要】 本文详细阐述了电站煤粉锅炉燃烧工况监测及优化技术在国内外的发展现状和趋势,通过对诸多燃烧工况参数的分析确定了专家系统建模的结构。具体分析了人工神经网络模型的特征及结构,对BP神经网络进行了深入的研究,并对BP算法做出了新的改进。利用数值模拟软件预计算出的某300MW锅炉的燃烧工况参数作为模型的样本进行训练预测,对系统建模进行了检验。结合模糊综合评判原理建立了燃烧工况评判机制来指导燃烧优化。同时介绍了基于VB语言的锅炉燃烧工况优化指导系统,分别从模块、功能及界面等方面进行了相应的说明。

【Abstract】 This paper explains in detail the technology of monitor and optimization about operating modes of coal-fired boiler’s combustion in power plants, and current situations of its development and trends in domestic and abroad. The structure of modeling for expert system is confirmed through the analysis of parameters under many combustion operating modes. A concrete analysis of the model’s trait and structure for artificial neural network is made, deep research to BP neural network is carried out, and an improvement of BP algorithm is made. Some combustion parameters of 300MW boiler are obtained by using numerical simulation software, as the samples of the model to train and predict, the modeling of the system is examined. The judging system for combustion operating modes is made under the principle of fuzzily and synthetically judge, and is used to conduct the combustion optimization. The conduct system of boiler combustion optimization based on VB language is also introduced, which is illustrated from several aspects, such as module, function interface, and etc.
