【摘要】 作为现代化市场经济环境中的企业集团,推进人本管理方式的应用既是知识经济社会的要求,也是中国加入WTO后市场竞争的要求,同时也是社会主义和谐社会建设的需要,它是现代企业适应市场经济环境的必要条件[1]。目前,不论是企业单位还是事业单位,不论是营利组织还是非营利组织,都必须以人本管理工作为基本管理核心,将人本管理理念上升到企业的战略高度上,加强人本管理理论的研究,重视理论与实践的结合,充分借鉴发达国家的管理经验,创新地开展人本管理工作。作者根据所学的管理知识,以中国南山集团作为研究对象,结合人本管理理论的发展,从人本管理角度探讨企业的发展道路,分析了南山集团公司人本管理的现状,指出其取得的成绩,分析其管理中存在的问题,重点提出了南山集团公司人本管理工作的改进建议及实施方案。以人为本和和谐社会的建设使我们必须按照新的管理理念重新认识企业与市场的关系,而企业要使自己适应当代市场经济环境,就必将形成科学的人本管理的体系和管理模式,不断缩小与发达国家在人本管理方式上的差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a group company within modern market economy environment, push forward the application of the person management is not only the request of the knowledge-based economy society, but also is the request of the market competition after China joins the WTO, also is the demand of the construction of the socialism modernization, it is the essential condition of the modern business enterprises to orientate the market economy environment.Currently, not only the business enterprise but also an unit, not only an organization to make money but also a not-for-profit organization, all must take the core of person management, and rise person management to the strategic altitude, strengthen the research of person management theory, and pay attention to the combine of theory and practice, fully profit from the management experiences of the western developed country, make a innovation on person management development. The author use the management knowledge learned to take Nanshan group company as the research object, combine the development of the theories of the person management, inquire into the way of the business enterprise’s development, analyze the present condition of the person management of Nanshan group company, indicate the results that they’ve obtained, analyze the problem exist in the person management, majorly point out the improvement of the work suggestion and implement project of Nanshan group company’s person management work.The market environment nowadays has already make us to press new management principle to re-know the relation between business enterprise and market, if the business enterprise of the our country wants to adapt the contemporary market economy environment, then they must contract a scientific person management system and management model and continuously reduce the difference of the developed country at the way of the person management.更多还原
