基于蚂蚁算法在管理优化方面的研究

【摘要】 算法优化技术是现代科学管理方法的一项基本技术,为满足现代管理中求解大规模复杂问题的优化的需要,有效的优化技术是迫切需要的。许多典型的数量模型优化问题都得到了解决。管理中许多定性的问题不利于科学的管理和管理的模式化,本文把定性化的问题采用映射进行了量化,从而把优化算法引入到了定性化的问题中。本文首先对现有的各种优化技术进行了分析和评论,概括介绍了几种典型的优化算法理论;对团队建设作了整体介绍,对团队理论的现状进行了分析,并对团队优化的必要性进行了阐述。第二、介绍了蚂蚁算法优化技术的理论基础及其优点及局限性。分析了蚂蚁算法优化技术的研究成果和进展,为后续各章给予蚂蚁算法求解优化问题提供依据。第三、图的着色问题是一典型的优化的问题,文中提出了图的着色问题量化,并把蚂蚁算法应用到图的着色问题优化,从而为一大类相似问题的优化提供了一种新的方法。第四、介绍了团队的及团队优化的基本理论和方法,就心理学上的一些影响因素作一些讨论,提出了蚂蚁算法在团队的组织结构优化中的应用,并举例说明了其科学性,为团队管理进一步科学化提供了新的途径。

【Abstract】 Optimization technique is one of the basic modern scientific management methods. To meet the requirement of solving large-scale and complex optimization problems in modern management, it is urgent to develop new and efficient optimization algorithms. This paper presents quantitative methods to solve the qualitative problems.Firstly, we general introduce several typical methods of arithmetic optimization, and the theory on construction of team and why we need to team optimization. Secondly, we introduce the basic theories and advantage and disadvantage of ant algorithms, analyzing the researching and development of ant algorithms, the later chapters are based on the ant algorithms.Thirdly, the Graph Coloring is a typical optimize problem, k- Graph Coloring problem is emphasized introduced and solved by ant algorithms in this article. And we can solve the similar problems in the same algorithms.Fourthly, introducing the basic theories and methods about team and team optimization, there are many factors affect team optimization, and the factors of psychology are talked and Ant Algorithms is used to make team be optimized in this article. To make the management more scientific, qualitative problems should be quantificationally solved.
