质量链管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 本文首先从质量链管理的基础理论入手,介绍了质量链的概念和特征,两种质量的概念,三维质量链的形成,质量链管理的实施框架,以及质量链管理与企业其它管理系统的关系。接着提出了质量链全生命周期管理模型,详细分析了质量链生命周期规划期,构建期和运行期质量管理的重点和应用的方法和工具。然后对质量链管理中的核心部分供应商的评价与选择方法进行了全面分析,提出了采用熵值法确定指标权重,三角模糊函数与灰色关联度法相结合的供应商评价选择方法,并做了案例研究。在三维质量链管理理论和质量链全生命周期管理模型的基础上,本文提出了质量链管理信息系统的功能模型,并分析研究了质量链管理信息系统的信息模型、组织/角色模型、产品模型以及体系结构。最后给出了实现质量链管理信息系统的相关技术方案,主要包括基于B/S体系结构开发模式,ASP方式系统应用模式,工作流管理,J2EE平台,数据库系统方案设计,Web服务技术和系统开发以及应用中的软硬件配置方案。

【Abstract】 Beginning with the basic theories of quality chain management, this paper introduces the definition and characteristics of quality chain, the concept of two kinds of quality, the formation of three-dimensional quality chain, the application framework of quality chain management and the relationship between quality chain management and other management systems. Then this paper proposes the lifecycle model of quality chain management, and analyses the keystones and methods in every phase in detail. After that, the paper analyses completely the methods used for supplier selection nowadays, and proposes a new way to choose suppliers, which uses information entropy to calculate the weight of every evaluation index and combines triangle fuzzy function with gray relational analysis method to select the best supplier. A case is given to illustrate this method.Based on the theory of three-dimensional quality chain management and the lifecycle model of quality chain management, this paper proposes the functional model of quality chain management information system, and studies the information model, organization/role model, product model and the system framework of quality chain management information system. The paper presents the realization schemes of quality chain management information system, including B/S framework development model, ASP system application model, workflow management, J2EE platform, the design of database system, Web service technology and system development,configuration methods of software and hardware in application.
