【摘要】 本文所研究的材料在建筑改扩建中的应用课题是旧建筑再利用研究系统下的分支,同时涉及建筑材料研究领域的相关学科。为使旧建筑更新设计中对建筑材料的使用更加科学、合理,本文结合国内外相关的成功设计案例,首先介绍与材料相关的概念,论述了几种常见的建筑材料自身所具备的文脉特征以及在设计时表现出的工程性质,并列举出它们在施工中所具备的优缺点;然后分析了旧建筑材料本体老化的原因和旧有材料保护和修复的意义,归纳了旧材料保护和再利用的几种方法;进而从形态、空间、技术三个方面入手,针对旧建筑改造中新材料的使用策略,进行了一定深度的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The task of this paper is one of the embranchment on the research of the old building reuse, and that also touches upon the architecture material. In order to the architecture material used on better function to design, this paper integrated the successful cases throughout the world, firstly recommend some concept about material, talk about the materials’contextual and engineering characteristics ;analyze the reasons of old material aging and the meaning of protection, conclude the way of protecting the old material; base on the form, space, technology three aspects, try to reach the effective combination of the strategy used in new architecture material.更多还原
