【摘要】 面对复杂多变的环境，现代企业如何树立自身的竞争优势而立于不败之地成为研究者们和经营者们所共同面对的重要课题。目前对于可持续竞争优势的研究主要有以企业同质性为基本假设的外生性研究学派和以企业异质性为基本假设的内生性研究学派。虽然内生性研究学派突破了外生学派的“黑箱假设”，建立了一种基于企业资源的内生理论，为企业业务战略和组织过程的研究者提供了很好的机遇，但它至今仍缺乏一种坚实的实证基础和微观理论基础，还存在可持续竞争优势形成的“过程黑箱”。因此，对可持续性竞争优势的生成机理进行切合企业实际的微观研究可以打破内生理论的“过程黑箱”，完善其理论和方法体系，为企业的管理实践提供有益参考，具有一定的理论和现实意义。 相关统计表明，企业可以通过对其价值核心——运作过程进行优化来获取可持续性竞争优势。据此，本文解决的核心问题是揭示企业内运作优化效果向可持续性竞争优势的演化过程。研究过程采用“自下而上”的总体研究思路，利用静态的组织形态分析和组织动态演化相结合的分析模式，把演化过程进行了细化：纵向层次上。在从业务层到高层的演进方面，引入优化效果这一变量，以便把不同的优化活动联系起来，同时也把优化活动与可持续竞争优势联系起来；横向层次上，对同一组织层次内优化效果的扩散效应进行了分析，并引入差异度这一变量，便于衡量优化效果横向扩散的自组织效应；在纵向演化与横向扩散相结合的研究中，引入累积性效果和上层支持度这两个变量，并提出四种累积性效果和三种支持度，从而在纵向演化和横向扩散之间建立了关联。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the complex environment, how companies that want to be successful over the long term to gain the sustainable competitive advantage becomes a significant question for discussion. At present, there are two main theories about SCA. One is the external view of SCA which is based on the assumption of homogeneity of firm, that is to say the firm is looked as a black box. The other is the resource based view which holds an assumption of heterogeneity. Although the latter broke through the black box on firm, because of the misleading of some essential concept such as the resource and focusing on the conditionals of SCA, the theory made a weakness is called black box on process that affect the theory’s development and application at management .Wherefore, a microcosmic research from the aspect of companies’ practice may break the black box on process, give some useful advice to companies managers, which have significant meaning both on theory and practice.Some statistical documents in point indicated that companies can be able to gain SCA through optimizing the operational activities which are the core of value by using some operation research\management science methods. Hereby, what this paper to resolve is to find out the process of evolution from operational optimization to sustainable competitive advantage. This paper gives a new viewpoint about this process from the understratum to superstratum in the organization structure.
