面向大规模定制的工艺信息系统技术研究与实现

【摘要】 随着市场需求的拉动和技术进步的推动,越来越多的制造企业采取了从大批量生产方式向大规模定制生产方式转变的策略。然而,目前大规模定制技术的研究与应用,主要集中在利用CAD、PDM系统进行产品功能配置、产品变形设计以及利用电子商务平台进行客户需求定制方面;但是对于连接设计与生产纽带的工艺设计与工艺信息系统,缺乏针对性的研究。因此,迫切需要研究并开发面向大规模定制的工艺信息系统,来满足大规模定制企业对于工艺设计与工艺信息管理的要求。本文主要研究内容如下: (1)在分析工艺信息系统及大规模定制技术研究应用现状的基础上,提出了开发面向大规模定制的工艺信息系统的必要性。 (2)研究大规模定制的基本原理、技术体系和开发设计技术。 通过对相似性原理、重用性原理等原理的分析,以及标准化技术、成组技术等开发设计技术的研究,揭示了大规模定制生产方式的核心内涵和支持技术。 (3)研究面向大规模定制的工艺信息系统基本特征。 结合大规模定制设计开发技术,对工艺系统进行需求分析,提出了面向大规模定制工艺信息系统应具备的基本特征:基于相似性原理的成组化工艺设计、基于工艺信息共享的系统集成、计算机辅助工时定额管理。并分别对基本特征进行了分析阐述。 (4)研究面向大规模定制的工艺信息系统实现关键技术。 从技术的实现环境、实现机理、实现过程、应用效果等方面,对系统实现的关键技术:基于典型工艺的工艺设计、基于零件设计参数的参数化工艺设计、基于PDM的并行工艺过程设计、基于工种的模块化工时定额管理进行具体深入地研究。 (5)研究面向大规模定制的工艺信息系统设计实现。 基于理论研究,对系统的总体结构和各模块功能进行设计。并从数据库设计入手,开发了面向大规模定制的工艺信息系统。通过工艺信息系统在某大规模定制企业的成功应用,验证了系统的实用性、智能性和高效性。

【Abstract】 More and more manufacture enterprises implement the plan that transform Mass Production into Mass Customization (MC) due to the pulling of market demand and the pushing of technological advance. However, the Mass Customization is now usually researched and applied in the field such as: configure functions of product and variety design product by using CAD and PDM, customize customer’s demand by using electronic commerce platform; the process planning and process information system which connects design and manufacture are researched less. Therefore, we should to research and develop process information system for implementing MC in order to satisfy the need of process planning and process information system as soon as possible. The Main points of this paper as follows:(1)Put forward the point that developing process information system for implementing MC is very essential, after analyzing the investigations and applications of MC and process information system.(2)Research the basic principle, systematized techniques and the development planning technology of MC.Reveal the kernel intension and support technology of MC by researching the basic principle and the development planning technology of MC. The principle includes similarity, reuse, and etc. The development planning technology includes standardization technology and group technology and etc.(3)Research the basic character of MC process information system.According to the development planning technology of MC, proposes and researches the basic character of MC process information system, such as: the group process planning based on the similarity principle, system integration based on the process information share and computer aided norm of working hour management.(4)Research the key technology of MC process information system.Through the aspects of implementation environment, implementation mechanism and implementation procedure, research the key technology of MC process information system, include: process planning based typical process, parameterization process planning based on part design parameter, concurrent process planning based on PDM and modularization norm of working hour management based on the type of work in production.
