基于.NET的发动机网络化故障诊断专家系统研究

【摘要】 航空发动机网络化故障诊断专家系统是航空发动机故障诊断领域的重要研究方向。进行网络化故障诊断专家系统的研究,其意义非常重大,已经成为了目前国内外十分关注的一个研究热点。本论文在国内外网络化故障诊断系统研究的基础上,提出了基于.NET的新型网络化故障诊断专家系统,为组建航空发动机网络化故障诊断专家系统平台提供技术支撑。 本文采用最新的.NET技术和故障诊断技术,设计了基于.NET的飞机发动机网络化故障诊断专家系统的总体结构与功能,将飞机发动机的网络化故障诊断分为三个诊断层次,分别为机上监测诊断层、地面监测诊断中心和远程专家终端。设计了基于.NET的飞机发动机网络化故障诊断专家系统的网络结构,实现了三层B/S结构的网络模型:表示层、应用逻辑层和数据层。针对系统的关键技术进行了研究和实现,系统的关键技术主要包括故障诊断技术、故障预测技术、网络通信技术、网络数据库设计及访问技术和网络安全技术,为系统的搭建奠定了基础。本文实现了优化的灰色预测模型在发动机转子故障预测中的应用,运用ASRNET技术实现了系统的网络设计,运用SQL Server2000设计了专家系统的故障诊断数据库和知识库,运用ADO.NET技术实现了数据库访问,对系统的网络安全问题进行了讨论和设计。 最后在局域网范围内模拟了发动机转子的网络化故障诊断实验。通过实验证明了本系统的方法有效、结构可靠。

【Abstract】 The network-based fault diagnosis expert system is one of the key research directions of aero-engine fault diagnosis areas. Because its importance, the network-based fault diagnosis expert technology is becoming an attractive subject to the researchers allover he world. In this dissertation, we develop a new type of .NET-based fault diagnosis expert system based on the study of network-based fault diagnosis system already used, and the research will support the build of the network-based fault diagnosis expert system in our country.The latest .NET technology and fault diagnosis technology are used in this dissertation, and the diagnosis functions and network structure of the aero-engine fault diagnosis expert system is designed. The whole system is divided into three levels: the first layer is monitoring and diagnosis of flying machine layer, the second layer is monitoring and diagnostic center and the third layer is ground expert terminal. The network structure of the fault diagnosis expert system based on the .NET framework which is divided into a three-tier structure: the denote layer 、 the application logic layer and the data layer. The key technology of the system is researched and implement, including fault diagnosis, fault prognosis, network communications, database and network security technology.Two kinds of optimize methods are used to optimize the grey system, and the fault prognosis function of the Aero-engine rotor is achieved by this method. The network design is implement by ASP.NET software. The fault database and knowledge database is designed by SQL Server2000 software, and the database accessing is implement by ADO.NET software. The network security of the system is discussed and designed in this dissertation.Finally a simulation of the aero-engine rotor fault diagnosis is operated within the LAN network. The result proved that the system is effective and the structure of the system is reliable.
