蛇形带传动系统的动力学研究

【摘要】 多回旋的单一多凸棱平带传动系统是一种典型的蛇行蜿蜒带传动系统。本文沿用一些文献中的提法,称之为平带传动系统。 平带传动系统自问世以来就受到广泛关注。本文,在考虑平带传动系统机轴摩擦的同时,计入传动带弹性、阻尼因素,以及张紧轮臂转角的影响等条件下对平带传动系统进行了分析研究。 首先,为了便于对上述条件下的平带传动系统进行分析研究,本文推导出了在考虑平带传动系统机轴摩擦、传动带弹性、阻尼以及张紧轮臂转角等条件下的平带传动系统的动力学模型。其中,机轴摩擦力在轮轴受力分析的基础上,根据质心运动定律求解,传动带则采用了Kelvin并联弹簧阻尼器进行等效。该模型包含了以往文献中所未考虑或者考虑不充分的一些实际条件。 其次,根据所推导出来的这一平带传动系统动力学模型,本文通过计算机编程,运用大型计算软件MATLAB求解出一个具体算例的运动响应。并根据该响应对系统动力学模型进行了分析,并且,通过与以往文献中平带传动系统动力学模型运动响应的对比,得出结论:系统中机轴摩擦的考虑与否,对系统运动响应有显著影响;对张紧轮臂转角的假设条件不同,使得系统运动响应有明显差别。 最后,通过对非线性动力学尤其是混沌研究方法的介绍,得出所推导出的平带传动系统动力学模型进入混沌的可能。并且,对该系统模型进行化简,在进行动力学响应计算之后,对该非线性模型的初值敏感性作了充分的分析。
【Abstract】 Muilt-whirl belt drive system is a typical serpentine belt drives system. This paper continues to use in some literature the formulation, called it the serpentine system .The serpentine belt drive system since has been published receives the widespread attention. This paper, namely considering both the friction between the shaft and the pulley and the belt elasticity as well as the damping factor, and the infection of the tensioner, analysis the serpentine belt drive system.First, in order to be advantageous for to analysis the serpentine belt drive system, this paper establish the model of the serpentine belt drive system, considering both the friction between the shaft and the pulley and the belt elasticity as well as the damping factor, and the infection of the tensioner. Among them, the friction between the shaft and the pulley solves according to the center of mass motion law, the belt used the Kelvin viscoelasticity parallel attenuator to carry on equivalent. This model has contained in the former literature the consideration or the consideration not full some actual conditions.Next, according to this serpentine belt drive system dynamics model which infers, This paper through utilizes large-scale computation software MATLAB to calculate the example response has carried on the certain analysis to this system dynamics model, and, through with the former literature in the serpentine belt drive system dynamics model response contrast, draws the conclusion: In the system the friction between the shaft and the pulley the consideration or not, has the remarkable influence to the system response; Tensioner arm the consideration or not, enables the system movement response to have the obvious difference.Finally, through to introduce the non-linear dynamics and the chaos, this paper obtains in particular infers dynamics model to enter the chaos the possibility. And establish the non-linear model 1 of the system. After carries on dynamics response computation, this paper has made the full analysis to this non-linear model initial value sensitivity.
