基于CMM的软件过程改进方法的研究

【摘要】 随着信息社会的高速发展，软件逐渐成为了人们日常生活、学习和工作的一部分，并作为信息技术的核心，起着重要的作用。国内软件产业作为一个新型的产业正在快速的发展，软件企业和组织的发展和成长也越来越受到关注。在软件开发的历程中，软件专家尝试了各种方法来改进软件过程，提高软件开发的质量和速度。其中卡耐基·梅隆大学软件工程研究所的软件过程能力成熟度模型(CMM)，基于过程的角度来提高组织的软件过程能力，在世界范围内得到了广泛的应用，并得到了良好的反映。 基于CMM模型，本文对软件过程改进原理及其实践应用进行了深入研究。通过对软件过程改进的研究现状进行分析和总结，本文提出了一个软件过程模型——SPM模型，该模型建立了软件开发过程的各个基本阶段和活动，设计了相应的模型评价体系，以便对过程能力进行评估，为提高软件开发过程的质量提供了有效途径。 本文以基于华为TELLIN智能网上开发的小额支付系统(MPSC)为实例，对其开发管理方法进行深入探讨，并由此延伸到应用软件系统的开发管理。文章主要针对需求管理、项目策划、项目跟踪和监控以及项目总结进行详细阐述，并对本文提出的项目管理模式中的配置管理进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the fast development of the information society, the software has gradually become one part of people’s life. It also plays an important role in the information technology. Meanwhile, domestic software industry is booming as software enterprises are growing at a fantastic speed. In the history of software development, software engineers attempted to develop many ways to improve software process and enhanced the quality and developing speed of the software. The CMMwhich is developed by Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institution based on software process is used all over the world and get good reflection.Based on CMMmodel, this thesis focuses on the research into software process improvement principle and its apply in practice. Based on the research into softwareprocess improvement, a CMM-based software process model-SPM model ispresented. Basic stage and activity in software development process are established in this framework and an assessment method is designed related to the process framework. Based on the framework and method, software process quality assessment is possible.Based on the example of MPSC developed on TELLIN intelligent network of Huawei Ltd, this paper probes into the method for development and management of software development. And the method is extended to the application software system. This article mainly focuses on and explains in detail the software requirement management, software project planning, software project trace and oversight and project summarizing.更多还原
