【摘要】 电压等级的合理配置和供电模式的合理选取不仅影响电网结构和布局,而且影响电器设备、电力设施的设计及电力系统的运行和管理。本文提出了关于城市配电网电压等级以及配电网供电模式的合理选取问题的解决方法。首先在分析城市配电网电压等级合理配置重要性的基础上,提出合理选择城市配电网电压等级的具体方法和步骤,分别构建经济评估体系和技术评估体系进行电压等级的评估和选取。结合层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和模糊综合评估法,简化复杂的供电模式选型问题,建立供电模式选型的AHP层次结构图和符合评价属性特点的隶属度函数,提出一套新的各项评价属性权重因子的选取方法,构建了配电网供电模式评价选型的综合评估体系。所提方法分别以上海市某地区中压配网电压等级选型和上海市某典型区域供电模式选型为算例,经相应程序计算,通过比较分析分别得到了以上区域推荐的配电电压等级和供电模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rational scheming of voltage levels and feeding modes has a strong influence not only on power system structure and distribution, but also on the designing of equipments in power system. In this paper, the method and process of selecting appropriate voltage level and feeding mode are proposed in detail.Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the essentiality for rational scheming of voltage levels in distribution networks, voltage level selecting method and processes are introduced, in which the economic evaluation system and technical evaluation system for choosing voltage level are proposed respectively. Furthermore, based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a method to select distribution network feeding modes is proposed, in which the complicated feeding mode selection is simplified, the structural diagram of AHP and the membership function that matches the features of evaluation attributes are built, and a comprehensive evaluation system for distribution network planning is constructed.Besides, the above-mentioned methods are applied to two practical projects—Voltage Level Selection of MV Distribution Network for A Certain Place in Shanghai and The Feeding Mode Selection of A Certain更多还原
