【摘要】 面向客户的需求,利用现有的车型系列进行新车型的开发,是汽车企业未来发展的趋势。基于实例的汽车整车配置技术,作为一种基于知识的车型开发方法,充分利用了汽车企业现有车型知识,能快速开发出一款新车型,同时降低开发的成本,已得到了越来越多汽车企业的重视。本文以上海科教兴市重大产业科技攻关项目“华普汽车有限公司‘海域506’自主车型整车开发”的研究开发成果为基础,结合国家自然科学基金(编号:50575142)“网络环境下的多学科协同设计理论与方法研究”,针对汽车企业整车开发的特点,研究了面向客户需求基于知识的汽车整车配置方法,并开发了华普汽车有限公司整车配置系统,证明了方法的准确性和先进性。本文的主要研究内容如下:第一章论述了本课题的研究背景,相关技术的研究现状。分析了目前整车开发的不足,并针对存在的不足,提出了本课题研究的内容,从而阐述了本论文研究的目的与意义。第二章首先介绍了整车配置的相关概念与技术。接着论述了基于知识的产品配置技术,主要是基于类产品结构的配置和基于实例的配置,接着对这两个方法进行了对比分析,并根据汽车整车开发的特点,提出采用基于实例的配置方法。第三章具体研究了汽车整车配置实例库,介绍了基于实例车型的推理方法,设计了汽车整车配置实例库,包括实例库的内容和实例库中实例车型的表示。提出了基于实例库的汽车整车配置技术方法,研究了车型实例库的检索和修正。第四章研究了基于知识的汽车整车配置的过程,介绍了整车配置开更多还原

【Abstract】 It has become a trend of future development for auto manufacture enterprises to research and develop new automobile, which aim to cater to the market as well as the customer, by making use of the current available autos resource of the enterprises’own. As one of the knowledge-base development method, the configuration method based on actual cases fully utilizes the enterprises’own available products resource, which it could brought about the new product more rapidly meanwhile bring down the research cost. Thus it attaches increasing importance.Based on“Full vehicle development for HuaPu company’s‘HaiYu 506’”(Shanghai Municipal Important Science and Technology Project) and“Research on multidisciplinary collaborative design in network environment”(National Nature Science Fund Project, No: 50575142). The method of customer order-oriented auto configuration based on knowledge and the automobile configuration system is developed that have proved the theory and methods presented in the dissertation are correct and advanced.The structure of the current thesis is as follows:In the first chapter, the background of auto configuration technology is presented. In order to improve the actual technology’s flaw, the contents are introduced. At last, the general thesis structure is put forward, as well as the purpose and the significance.In the second chapter, the knowledge based automobile configuration technology is researched systematically.
