数据通信网络在消磁电源模块控制中的应用

【摘要】 现场总线技术成为了自动化技术发展的热点,并已经导致自动化系统结构与设备的深刻变革。以太网技术的飞速发展,使基于以太网的工业应用越来越广泛。将现场总线与以太网技术相结合而形成的工业以太网技术是新的发展方向。本文介绍了现场总线与工业以太网的兴起与发展,研究了能够满足控制仪与消磁电源模块之间通讯要求的数据通讯网络,并对通讯网络的关键部分(监控模块)进行了硬件设计及软件开发规划。论文的主要内容和贡献如下:第一:数字消磁系统结构设计及网络协议的选择舰船消磁系统的设计多采用分布式消磁的方法,随着消磁电源个数增加,各电源间的实时性、同步性等关键性能下降。基于目前成功应用的典型现场总线与主流工业以太网,我们设计了数据通讯系统网络结构,选择Ethernet/IP工业以太网与CAN总线冗余作为控制仪与消磁电源柜之间的数据通讯网络。第二:监控模块硬件设计我们介绍了Philip公司生产的集成4路CAN接口的32位ARM微控制器

【Abstract】 Field Bus technology has become a hot topic in the field of automation technology, which results in a profound innovation of automation system structure and equipments. The coexistence of Field Bus’s multi-criteria and rapid development of Industrial Ethernet made the industrial application of Ethernet more and more broadly. It is concluded that the Industrial Ethernet technology that combines Field Bus and Ethernet technology will be the new direction.This thesis introduces the origin and development of Field Bus and Industrial Ethernet, researched the data communication network which can meet the communication needs between controller and demagnetization power supply modules. And also, we design the hardware and developed software on the key part of communication network– control & monitor module.
